15/03/2025: Excellent service with the most incredible food. Try the tasting menu, you won’t be disappointed. They deserve another star for sure. We stayed overnight on our second visit, wow! The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views. Will be back again soon!

11/07/2025: The place was very crowded, but they found us a table anyway, unfortunately. Small portions: polenta tortelli with Montasio cheese were bland, and 5 were small. 14 euros. Canederli? 3 meatballs. 14 euros. Trio of frico was good, but still poor. When we left immediately after the first course, we mentioned that we weren't satisfied, and were told that they were a restaurant. What does that mean? Since when do small portions define a restaurant? As for the taste, the answer was everyone likes it. Okay. We'll be picky. I'm not giving less than three stars, since nothing was bad, but there's a long way to go from that to being satisfied. After leaving, we went to another restaurant where we "completed" our lunch.

17/02/2025: Excellent pastry shop with large and convenient parking. The quality of the dessert offering is very good, the coffee and chocolate in the cup are also excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms is also very good. Attentive, polite, friendly and professional staff. It has now become a ritual stop every time I go to Alleghe or Falcade. Compliments!

21/05/2025: Fantastic snack bar in the center of the Falcade plain with an adjoining lake. The service is friendly and fast. Excellent for an aperitif or a snack with friends. The environment is very nice, well furnished and cared for. Prices in line with the others

07/06/2025: Proprietaria antipatica e indisponente, ci hanno messo a mangiare sotto una specie di serra piena di ragnatele, con ragni e lumache e il rumore della pioggia, che tra l'altro colava dal tetto di plastica e arrivava sulla mia pizza, rendeva impossibile ogni conversazione. La pizza era bruciata sottile e scondita a livelli assurdi. Onestamente è difficile trattenermi dal bestemmiare in questa recensione

11/06/2025: We arrived by motorbike on the recommendation of the Tea El Pellegrino hotel. A simple place but with good service. We had dinner outside with a mountain view. In the summer, the sun sets late and leaves a beautiful glow. First, a crispy four-cheese calzone... Then we had a pizza that was half crudo and half bresaola. We ordered olive oil with peperoncino, and it was fantastic. Not many wine choices, but a bottle of Trento Cabernet Sauvignon went down very well. Nice memory of that evening.

15/06/2025: New management review--> new management and we started taking pizza again. Excellent service, punctual delivery, friendly staff. Excellent pizza, arrived hot, good dough and not burnt. Five stars, also approved the new management for us. Old management review---> Since we moved, three years, we always and only take pizza here. Excellent pizza, excellent service, perfect delivery and always friendly staff. Five stars, recommended. PS with every pizza there is always a free drink.

04/07/2025: We arrived and they said we can't eat because the kitchen is closed (except one sandwich). And then the table next to us can order food even if they arrived after us? What is this? Our first bad experience in the Dolomites.

03/07/2025: We stopped to eat a toast, a coke and a small beer. The place has tables both inside and outside with umbrellas. Very kind staff who always goes around to clear away plates and glasses. We ate simple but still very good things. Incredible atmosphere right next to the Campolongo chairlift. Stop by if you are nearby. The prices are in line with typical mountain huts, so when you come don't be the usual Italians who complain. You know it beforehand. The end.

28/06/2025: If you decide to use frozen bread, be kind enough to cook it first. I received a defrosted raw roll that had only been passed under the griddle. I was sick for 3 days. One thing you do.. Rolls!!! Make them wisely.

18/07/2025: L'agriturismo Zaine è uno dei nostri punti riferimento, quando soggiorniamo a Sappada. Locale rustico, con la possibilità di cenare sia all'interno che all'esterno; cibo caratteristico, buona scelta di piatti e prezzo adeguato. Assolutamente consigliato per una cena rilassante, all'aria aperta, con vista sulle montagne.

21/04/2025: Esperienza purtroppo negativa.Siamo stati in questo agriturismo memori della esperienza positiva dell'estate scorsa. Questa volta qualcosa è andato storto. Premetto, servizio ottimo, il personale di servizio in sala carino e professionale. Io mi riferisco solo alla cucina. Abbiamo preso 3 tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, nel complesso buone, 2 costolette di agnello con i funghi e polenta, buone, ma non eccelse, la polenta presentava dei grumi e un piatto con salsiccia e crauti. Qui le notizie dolenti, le salsiccie erano , a mio avviso, immangiabili, avevano il sapore di di carne che è stata nel congelatore. Ovviamente l'abbiamo fatto presente, e la ragazza di sala, si è subito scusata, ed è anche andata a chiedere spiegazioni, ma queste non ci hanno convinto, hanno detto, che il sapore era dovuto ad una cottura troppo prolungata, ( è stata un nostra richiesta, dal momento che un commensale mangia carne solo ben cotta. ) Comunque sia, dal momento che non possiamo ovviamente verificare, ognuno è rimasto della propria idea. Peccato, noi veniamo spesso, anche in vacanza qui Sappada e cosi facendo hanno perso un cliente, perché, nel dubbio è meglio desistere e dal momento che avevo prenotato anche per il giorno successivo ho disdetto. Prezzi, 3 coperti, tre primi, 3 secondi, acqua e un quartino di vino della casa € 101,00.

03/06/2025: Very clean rooms! Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. The views were absolutely stunning! Dinner had limited options for dietary restrictions but breakfast was better. I still would recommend this hotel and stay here on a future occasion.

01/06/2025: I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the coffee inside this hotel while waiting for my Tesla to charge at the supercharger nearby. Stopped by this café while waiting for my car to finish charging at the nearby Tesla Supercharger. I had a slice of torta dell’Annona, which was very well made, along with a ristretto — just perfect for a quick break. Prices were reasonable, and it’s definitely a good spot for Tesla owners to relax while the car charges.

Typical dish (1 sausage + 1 piece of grilled Dobbiaco cheese + polenta + mushrooms); the mushrooms still tasted like frozen, since they were soaked in water, not even sautéed a little. Plate of steamed vegetables: directly drained and put on the plate with no seasoning. German-style potatoes: not tasty. Tasteless bread. Good red wine. We asked for advice on dessert (ice cream, truffle, sorbet, grandma's cake): nothing made by them Question: where are the typical dishes?? Cover charge about €2 per person for tablecloth and paper napkins
