It's always a pleasure to return to eat at the Carrot Refuge.

I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant during a ceremony, and this is already the third time I've come here to celebrate special moments. This time, it was once again a guaranteed success: truly excellent, high-quality food, simple yet meticulously prepared dishes, and generous portions. Impeccable service, friendly staff, and very welcoming owners. A restaurant I recommend to anyone who loves good, simple yet well-crafted cuisine, also perfect for ceremonies.

We were here on Sunday, March 8th, and, without exaggerating, we ate divinely. The dishes are a tribute to tradition, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. Every bite exudes care and passion. The restaurant has the warmth typical of true mountain huts, where you immediately feel at home thanks to a refined atmosphere and impeccable service. Value for money: Excellent.

Certainly victims of "nouvelle cuisine": well-prepared and beautifully presented food, but portions, forgive me, ridiculous. If that weren't the case, the prices could be justified. "Trattoria"?

The food is excellent and the place is beautiful. Highly recommended for game lovers.
