12/07/2026: Fantastic pizza and wine, at very affordable prices. Service is very friendly and accommodating, including for English speakers. The dessert trolley is a retro throwback but genuine and delicious, including a varying selection of pies and cakes.

12/07/2026: A truly lovely host with immense love and passion. The pizza is very good, and Nonna's tiramisu is amazing :) Even if it's not the best pizza in Italy, the atmosphere and the host make up for it – a must-stop for the price 🫶🏻

01/07/2026: This isn't just a bakery: it's an institution. The first thing my grandmother asked me on the phone was, "Did you go to Fiori for bread and apple strudel?" I think that says it all about how much of a landmark this place is for anyone passing through San Vito. A historic place that, unlike many others, has managed to maintain a strong identity over time without compromising on quality. The strudel is simply exceptional, the bread is exquisite, and every product exudes care and tradition. The selection is truly remarkable: in addition to the bakery, you'll find sweets, deli products, fresh produce in the refrigerators, and countless typical Dolomite specialties. Whether you're a tourist seeking local flavors or a resident looking for quality everyday products, it's truly difficult to leave here empty-handed. Making the experience even more enjoyable are the friendliness of the staff, the organization, and the speed of service, even at peak times. Fiori's fame precedes it, but once inside, you immediately understand why. It's one of those places that tells the story of the territory as much as the mountains that surround it ♥️

23/04/2026: A top-notch restaurant, with a delightfully obsessive attention to detail, yet without being "snobbish," excellent service and a human approach to guests. A restaurant that only lacks a star, but for me, that doesn't matter... better than many starred restaurants. The owners and staff are also very welcoming (as is the entire Sappada community).

22/04/2026: We had the pleasure of trying this restaurant and were truly satisfied. The food was excellent, with carefully crafted, flavorful dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Careful attention was evident both in the selection of ingredients and in the presentation. A strong point was definitely the service: the waiters were extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, always available to offer advice and make us feel comfortable without ever being intrusive. A truly pleasant experience that we recommend to anyone in the area.

01/07/2026: A traditional restaurant within the building, very well-maintained, warm, and welcoming. It also has a veranda overlooking the street. The staff is friendly, very welcoming, and incredibly personable. The menu is unique in its simplicity, with a focus on raw, especially local, ingredients. Everything is perfectly prepared for perfectly fitting, appetizing, and above all, DELICIOUS dishes, including the desserts. Overall, everything was perfect, and the dinner was truly enjoyable, as were the conversations with the owner after dinner...thank you 🙏🏻

27/06/2026: Very positive experience. The food was good, with a slightly different cut than usual. The girl who looked after us was kind and professional. The only negative was that we had 4 very noisy friends behind us.

10/06/2026: No question: a special restaurant. Why? It's somewhat secluded, requiring a bit of time to get there. It boasts a large parking lot, an idyllic location with beautiful and spacious outdoor areas, and seating on the covered terrace. The diverse menu features local dishes as well as fish and seafood, leaving nothing to be desired. The value for money is excellent, and the service is equally superb 😋.

15/07/2026: We went two nights in a row, excellent classic dishes, but slightly more elaborate. Good selection of wines, even by the glass, to pair with the dish. The linguine with shrimp (very fresh) and "Dress by the Sea!" and excellent mushroom salad.

14/07/2026: We drove by and turned around, I guess we had a feeling this is the restaurant to eat tonight, and how glad we are afterwards! Super fresh local dishes, kind and passionate waiters and tastes we never had before. This made our last evening in Auronzo, thank you La Stadiera!

08/06/2026: We came for the food and it was a pretty bad experience. Started with them bringing peanuts, bread, potato chips and olives which they never said anything about and turns out to be €4 per person, which we were a group of 5. We found this out when we paid at the end, they said it’s normal in Italy yet we have been here over a week and nobody else has this or charged for it. They don’t open until 7pm but nothing online says this so we waited for 40min. Staff wasn’t that nice. Food was just ok. The carbonara only gave 12 pieces of rigatoni. Absolutely horrible!! The lamb shank was good, along with the steak. If I were you I’d find another option for food!!
