Always a guaranteed find in the valley, a delightful place. We love being outside in the summer and inside in the winter. The new team is a step forward, with several very interesting and carefully prepared dishes. We feel right at home.

Excellent restaurant near Cortina. We dined there twice in a row because we enjoyed it so much. The setting and atmosphere are very pleasant; it's elegant without ever being stuffy. The ingredients are local, beautifully cooked, and refined. The portions are generous without being excessive. The quality is commensurate with the price. The owners and their staff are incredibly attentive. We received excellent advice on the food and wines. Special mention goes to the tagliatelle, the risotto, and the pork belly. You can go there without hesitation.

The food is phenomenal and the service very friendly. A must-go if you are in the Dolomites.

Good food amidst light and shade: excellent appetizers, but pay attention to a few details. A charming and welcoming restaurant, listed in the Michelin Guide (without stars), offers an overall pleasant experience, but with some aspects that deserve greater attention. ​Reservations: The reservation policy is rather strict: a credit card is required, with an automatic €90 charge for cancellations less than 24 hours before the event. While I understand the need to protect against no-shows, the approach seems a bit disproportionate, especially considering that several tables remained empty during our stay. ​Food: The cuisine had its ups and downs. The appetizers received top marks, including a truly appetizing and delicious polenta with mushrooms. As for the first courses, two of the three diners were very satisfied. Unfortunately, my experience was negative: the tagliatelle with mushrooms was completely devoid of salt, making it almost inedible. Fortunately, the dinner ended on a high note with the desserts, which turned out to be very good. ​Bill and final verdict: The final price was fair and appropriate for the type of establishment. Overall, it's a good restaurant with good potential, but it would benefit from a bit more flexibility in managing guests and stricter control over the seasonings in the kitchen.

A welcoming, elegant location, excellent, unobtrusive service, and a delightful presentation of the dishes, whose quality is pleasing. The wines by the glass were excellent, as was the value for money for the dinner. I will definitely be back.

We ate at Acero Rosso in Cortina and were truly delighted. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and boasting an elegant and refined atmosphere: you immediately sense the attention to detail, and it almost feels like being in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The food was truly excellent, with high-quality and well-prepared dishes. The service was also impeccable, with attentive and professional staff. A truly positive experience from every perspective: the ambiance, cuisine, and service lived up to expectations. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

We had lunch outdoors, with a stunning view before us. Mount Pelmo, known as "God's caregon."
