14/06/2025: Date: May 15, 2025 Name: Self Restaurant Righetti Address: Piazza del Duomo, 3, 36100 Vicenza VI, Italy RATING: 5.5 (Acceptable, just passed) AMBIENCE AND HYGIENE (10%) Traditional place but clean and well organized. However the chair was not very comfortable. 6.5 PRESENTATION (10%) Just passable considering this place is a self-service. The presentation of the dishes was not appetizing. 5 QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF FOOD (50%) I think the asparagus lasagna is a typical dish of the region. It was quite tasty and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Good. 14/20 However the roast chicken was a disappointment. The seasonings were too simple and the taste was not interesting. The potatoes were not cooked properly. 9/30 SERVICE (20%) The chefs could have been more welcoming. The organization was effective and the concept of self-service was well explained in Italian and English. I like the fact that the system is based on trust because you have to declare the dishes you have taken. 14 VALUE (10%) 7.5 + 10 + cover charge 0.5. Quite good compared to other places in the historic center. 7 Bonus: +1 Minus: -2

25/06/2025: On the first day of our vacation in Belluno, my partner and I decided to opt for a restaurant with typical local cuisine. We had a very pleasant evening. The waiter was friendly, the lady who served us was so kind and thoughtful. The food was excellent! Good quality of food and well prepared! Welcoming atmosphere and nice people!! 03/07/2025: I was staying in a nearby bed & breakfast and they recommended this restaurant. I was very short on time, because I had a trail run coming up in a couple of hours, but the very friendly lady assured me this was not going to be an issue at all. I enjoyed fantastic home-made gnocchi and was on my way again within 45 minutes. The audience was a mix of people staying at the hotel and locals. The kitchen staff was working hard, but still took the time for a little chat. Overall a really nice vibe.

02/06/2025: We had to make a good impression with some friends and we can say that we succeeded... Exquisite food and ancient flavors.. we ate the snails... To say the least sublime. Then the pumpkin gnocchi there are no words. Stew with polenta guinea fowl with cosalsa peverada the baked rabbit with olives.. everything delicious.. highly recommended.. but you have to book in advance because you never find a place
