I purchased two 300g packs of tagliatelle at a fair price. I would have preferred them to be slightly thinner and not packaged in a plastic container. They turned out to be excellent in terms of cooking time, flavor, and freshness. I went to purchase them at 9:30 a.m.; the front door wasn't locked, but I was told they opened at 10 a.m. Even though I had other purchases to make, not in the area, I'm happy I returned for the purchase and will return for more after 10 a.m.

I went there for lunch and the pasta was amazing. I had a very creamy cacio e pepe, and you can even buy their own homemade pasta. I bought some ravioli with truffle and caciocavallo cheese, which I can't wait to try. I'll be back for my next lunch break. Highly recommended.

The best pasta restaurant in ages! You can taste the homemade pasta with every bite. The sauces are creative and imaginative—a true delight! Complimentary bottled tap water is served, followed by a warm bruschetta (amuse-bouche). Soft jazz music plays in the background, and the owner is friendly. Highly recommended!

The quality of their products is truly high: soft and light Neapolitan dough, the option of whole wheat or double dough, and fresh, flavorful ingredients. The tomatoes are top-quality, and the mozzarella is truly spectacular. You can sense their passion for their work and their attention to customer service. 16/05/2026: I went to O'Core Napule in Vicenza and had a great time. The seafood was fresh and plentiful, everything was cooked very well. The grill was truly excellent, and the appetizers were also very good and flavorful. The dessert was delicious, and the dishes were beautifully presented. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I'll definitely be back. Recommended!
