The kitchen offers a varied menu with various cuts of excellent quality meat. The table service is very professional, and the staff is very friendly and available to answer customers' questions. The restaurant is easily accessible, and there is parking nearby. 👍

09/09/2025: Excellent, quality food. We had pizza (pretty good), pork chop, beef rib, bigoli with duck ragù, peperonata (a spicy pepper dish), and parsley-wrapped boiled potatoes. Everything was delicious. Impeccable service. Friendliness was top-notch. We were invited, so I can't comment on prices. We highly recommend Al Barcon.

11/09/2025: We received a very friendly welcome and were seated immediately. A chair and children's cutlery were immediately brought to the table for our 1-year-old, which we appreciated. The food was excellent, one of the best beef fillets I've ever had, and reasonably priced (around €25). It's worth a visit!

30/08/2025: We stopped for lunch on the way to Asiago. A warm and welcoming place with fast and helpful staff. The bigoli and sauces were truly delicious. The portions were generous. Highly recommended.

17/05/2025: I had been looking for a pizza place that made pizza with low glycemic index dough for a year and I finally found it!!! I am diabetic and pizza is off limits, but the pizza with low carb dough kept my blood sugar at bay. My family also tried the regular pizzas and found them amazing. WELL DONE!!!

11/08/2025: I returned to this restaurant after a year for dinner on Saturday, August 9, 2025. I can't comment on the speed or prices; but seeing the owner (along with the waiter) bringing the food in flip-flops and shorts, and a black and white cat wandering between the tables and into the kitchen... absolutely not! I ordered vegetables as a side, but they arrived at the oven.

16/09/2025: I went to eat with my husband. I ordered gluten-free pasta. It was honestly the worst gluten-free pasta I've ever eaten in all of Italy. It wasn't fresh and everything was pre-cut. I ate most of it out of hunger, but I couldn't eat it all because it didn't taste good and all the pasta was pre-cut. I think it's outrageous to charge 20 euros for gluten-free pasta, which is awful. As for the gluten-free food, everything was fine. The waiter was friendly, and the restaurant is nice, but I don't recommend it at all. If anyone is looking to eat gluten-free, come here.

16/09/2025: Location: 10/10 - The guest guarden is very pleasant and romantic. Food: 10/10 - All our dishes were fabulous. Quick preparation time und seasoned very well. We enjoyed them very much. Service: 12/10 Our waiter Gianni was extremely engaged, attentive and humorous! Conclusion: 10/10 - We had a fantastic dinner and a great time in general. We highly recommend to visit this restaurant and we will be there any time we visit Venice again. 🤩

31/08/2025: Unexpected and therefore a very pleasant surprise. Clean, tidy, with polite and precise service, but it's the cuisine that surprises: tasty, light, quality ingredients cooked with love. Nothing extravagant, tradition that doesn't mean ancien régime cuisine, on the contrary. Fresh and tender fish. Homemade desserts. Good wine selection. Finally, a cuisine that respects the product and the customer. Pleasantly polite atmosphere. Highly recommended.

14/08/2025: I don't like to give bad reviews... but I was disappointed. I've eaten there before and always had a good meal, but last Saturday I made a huge blunder with the person I brought to dinner that I can't help but mention. The cuttlefish was inedible (it had been cooked beforehand, if not defrosted, and had gone mushy in the sauce, which was tasteless and brown). The polenta was completely unsalted (I eat it with little salt, but there was none there). The fried cod was so full of breadcrumbs and hard that it couldn't be cut... I don't know what happened or if something changed in the kitchen, but I really didn't expect something like that.

29/06/2025: Finally an evening with the family in this place near home that has always enjoyed, deservedly, a place where you eat well and spend the right amount. Dinner in the outdoor summer area set up a few years ago with umbrellas and fake lawn. Owned parking at the entrance. Quiet place with kind and welcoming staff. Very good food, with genuine home flavors; also fish menu; few courses but excellent quality. Excellent colt steak😋, shame there was a slice of toasted polenta missing, not present that evening even as a second course. Update 2025. This time tried the fish menu: very good, excellent first course. Abundant and good dessert.
