Excellent experience. I attended one of their events. Linda was very knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly. She explained the history of the dairy to us, and then we toured their maturation rooms. It was beautiful. Then she gave us four cheeses to taste and aged a caciotta with our favorite spices. The two hours flew by. It remains a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

A fascinating journey into the world of cheese
A highly recommended experience. The museum visit was incredibly interesting, beautiful, and impeccably organized. You could sense the passion and history behind each product. The final tasting, paired with local wines, was the perfect culmination of a journey of discovery of unique flavors.
Special praise goes to our guide, Linda, who, in addition to being highly knowledgeable and super professional, was extremely friendly and kind, making the visit even more enjoyable and engaging.

For delicious cheese from the Veneto region, this is the place to go. You can also visit the museum dedicated to the history of the Perezin brand and see where the cheese is stored. We also tasted several types of cheese—it was a fascinating journey through different aromas and flavors.

I did the caciottina aging experience with a tour. It was truly interesting, informative, and even fun. Linda is very knowledgeable and knowledgeable, always answering all our questions.
The cheese I aged wasn't great because I tried too hard with the ingredients, but it makes me want to come back and try making more!
