10/03/2025: Well-known restaurant, open for over fifty years, immersed in the greenery of the Euganean hills. It offers a rich meat-based menu but with the possibility - like few places in the hills - to also choose from numerous first and second fish courses. Organize numerous events with themed menus. Traditional cuisine with several touches of originality. Adjacent to the restaurant is a very large car park, very attentive and fast service, fair prices. If you have the privilege of talking to the owner you will be fascinated by his stories and his important international experiences which later proved decisive in the excellent management of the place in which he still participates personally with his professionalism and charisma. We had been missing for some time, we returned on Women's Day, an occasion on which an ad hoc menu was offered. The occasion confirmed the excellent memories we had and led us to book without delay for a further close experience. Advised!

16/03/2025: I was there this evening with my wife. We had some ramen and sushi... we liked them a lot. The environment is really well looked after, the waiters were all kind and professional. The bill is certainly not cheap, but considering the experience as a whole I would say it is adequate.

11/02/2025: Welcoming and discreet environment. Very good quality of dishes. It is not the classic all you can eat, only à la carte menu, further proof of the quality of the raw materials. I recommend it.

Presenta un menù altrettanto semplice, con poche possibilità di scelta, che orbitano attorno alla carne cruda, che ovviamente è la specialità della casa ed è molto ben preparata. Personalmente ho trovato molto alta la qualità del cibo, ma alto anche il conto pagato alla fine. Da provare.

20/03/2025: We went to Incalmo for dinner and left really satisfied. The place is elegant, with attention to the smallest details, with a welcoming and modern atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is trained, attentive and courteous, always present at the right time without ever appearing intrusive - something rare and always much appreciated. We chose to dine à la carte, preferring to explore the menu freely. We tasted all the first courses offered, each one different, balanced and well executed: from intense but never excessive flavours, to quality raw materials enhanced with great technique and respect. Next, we ordered the lamb, cooked to perfection, tender and tasty, with studied side dishes that completed the dish perfectly. The wine list is extensive and well thought out, with an honest selection of Italian and foreign labels, capable of satisfying both those looking for important bottles and those who simply want to accompany dinner with a good glass. Overall an excellent experience, a restaurant where the passion for cooking and attention to the customer are clearly perceived. Well done, keep it up! We will definitely be back.

16/03/2025: I had lunch for the first time in this historic restaurant. I was able to taste the wonderful boiled meat served on a trolley and portioned directly at the table accompanied by delicious side dishes. Impeccable service. What can I say...highly recommended!

23/03/2025: Excellent pizza, pasta too. We returned after friends introduced it to us. Close to IOV, spacious, clean. Noisy if there are groups, but so large that you can ask to change tables. Friendly and pleasant staff.
