From the start, you can sense the passion, research, and hard work that goes into every dish. I really appreciated how each course was carefully presented and explained: knowing the concept, the ingredients, and the pairings allows you to enjoy it even more. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always attentive, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine highlights Venetian tradition with a creative and refined touch, offering surprising yet always balanced combinations. Among the dishes I definitely recommend are: Homage to Japan, an elegant dish full of personality, the cold spaghetti, and the carrot, white chocolate, and shiso dessert. We had never tried such a fusion of traditional Venetian and Eastern flavors, and the result was a pleasant surprise. The location, surrounded by greenery, is stunning, and the service was impeccable. We will definitely return to try the dishes we missed this time.
