Every time I enter, I'm greeted by the smiles and warmth of Nicolò and Clemy, two people who truly know what it means to make guests feel at home. The waiters' kindness is impeccable: always attentive, helpful, and capable of ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. The food? Absolutely guaranteed. I've tried countless restaurants, in Italy and beyond, but finding a place that combines quality, atmosphere, and such a genuine sense of familiarity is truly rare. Everything here works perfectly: the atmosphere is warm, the service is attentive, the dishes are delicious, and the energy of the people who work there is contagious. Every time I leave, I feel like I've had a special evening. You're truly excellent. Keep up the good work: it's thanks to places like this that going out for dinner becomes a moment worth remembering.

08/06/2025: I had the best pistachio croissant ever here! It was so good, so fresh and simply delicious! I’ve had many pistachio croissants, but this was the best one! I tried it fresh from the oven, it was so warm and so delicious. Also the coffee here is great too! I recommend!

27/11/2025: Entering Centolire in Rovigo is always like returning to a familiar place, yet one that still surprises me. The refined, modern setting with vintage touches creates a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to enjoy a leisurely evening. I come here once a year, and every time I find the same consistent quality, the same attention to flavors, and the same feeling of being in the right place. This evening I chose the crispy sandwich: large, generous, and impeccable. It's the same sandwich I tried the first time I came here, and it remains simply superb to this day. Perfect crispiness, balanced flavors, and ingredients that speak for themselves. One bite and you understand why I could never not return. Overall experience? 10/10 without hesitation. Centolire is one of those places that never disappoints: good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and a recognizable passion in every dish. A must-try every time I pass through Rovigo.

28/09/2025: Unfortunately, internet access was unavailable. At breakfast (9:00 a.m.), the scrambled eggs were out and were not refilled despite requests.

23/09/2025: Very nice and welcoming, the restaurant and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The only negative is the bathroom, which doesn't have a bidet.

07/09/2025: We came here on vacation for a few days, and we had a great time! The staff was very kind and helpful! A special mention goes to Lorenza, who pampered us during our stay and fulfilled our every request. The place is truly relaxing and quiet, surrounded by greenery, just steps from the sea and towns like Ortona and Vasto. The breakfast is delicious, with both sweet and savory options. The company of the dog and kittens made this experience even more enjoyable. :)

05/10/2025: Wonderful experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the perfect mix for truly creative and, above all, delicious cuisine. We enjoyed a five-course tasting menu, which was actually seven. Everything was excellent. The price was adequate for the service and quality, perhaps even a little more could have been done.

Welcoming you with kindness and familiarity, we sit at a table with a veritable feast of local cured meats, toasted and soft polenta, pickled vegetables, fresh and aged cheeses with leaf mustard, mountain gnocchi with grated aged ricotta, and then, and then, and then.... All just steps from Spiazzi and with a view that stretches from Garda to Fiore del Baldo and Chierego....

06/12/2025: When you come across places like this, you have to consider yourself lucky... here you can feel the authenticity, tradition, and dedication to what they do and believe in, and you can tell when you talk to Remo and his wife. 16/10/2025: I still think about the food from here. Stayed 4 nights and looked forward to dinner everyday. The room was large And nice. Staff were sooo accommodating. Loved my stay!

04/10/2025: We stayed here because Cortina was so crowded and we had a tour of Bryce Lake. It was great. The only regret was that the restaurant was closed, so we couldn't enjoy a delicious dinner.
