04/01/2026: SUBSTANTIAL FINE CUISINE We've been returning to Gellius Restaurant for years, and each time we find it reassuring. The cuisine is classy, ​​precise, and distinctive. The open kitchen produces masterfully crafted masterpieces. The service is friendly and never intrusive, and the wine selection by the glass is consistent with the dishes. We were won over by the carpione sea bass, the tagliatelle with cavolo nero and hare, the spaghetti alla chitarra with truffle, and above all, the pigeon, which alone is worth the trip. The flavors are international yet firmly rooted in the region. The bill is substantial but absolutely in line with the offerings. The Michelin star is certainly no accident.

22/04/2026: Phenomenal vegan burger place! I don’t eat soy and they were easily able to accommodate which is rare being plant-based. I would highly recommend!! Only downside is their cheesy fries aren’t fries, they’re wedges which was disappointing when expecting fries. I personally don’t like/choose potato wedges.

11/04/2026: Strategically located, on one side you can drive directly from the provincial road and access the parking lot. A short walk will take you to the central area. The hotel is a 4S superior hotel and deserves every accolade. It's very refined and offers all the amenities you could need, from a super-complete spa to a beautiful indoor pool with a poolside whirlpool. There's a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art machines. The rooms all have a small outdoor balcony. We were on the opposite side of the lake, but we still managed to catch a glimpse of the lake just as the sun was setting. The room has all the amenities, from a kettle with coffee and tea to a mini-fridge and a welcome bottle of water. On the ground floor, there's an American bar with a very relaxing outdoor area that makes excellent cocktails. The restaurant is top-notch; you won't get the same food as in many hotels where the food is good but nothing more. Here, the food is haute cuisine, as are the waiters. Absolutely recommended if you want a quiet place and don't want to give up comfort.

20/12/2025: We ate well, from appetizers to dessert, and even coffee. The menu offers a few dishes, some of which are original. The restaurant is well-maintained and has a lovely atmosphere. A lovely place, we were pleasantly satisfied. If I may suggest the staff (two blonde women served us) show a little empathy and a few more smiles, it wouldn't hurt. We'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: Marco and Martina are the new, young management. They put all their effort into it, dedicating attention and love. I organized two dinners together, and they met all my needs. All the guests were satisfied. Me too!
