In the photos, we've had a piadina with buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, tomato, and mushroom sauce, and one with porchetta, peppers, arugula, scamorza, and mushroom sauce. Mouth-watering! If you come to Rosolina Mare, it's a must-try ♥️🥰😻

30/09/2025: This restaurant is a hidden gem. The biggest problem is what to choose, as it all looks delicious. We started by sharing the chitarra with mini meatballs, topped with freshly grated pecorino. This was followed by two arrosticini, just to try them. The mains of roast leg of lamb and the mutton tagliata were so tender. Everything was delicious. We drank a Montepulciano riserva, which complemented the meat perfectly. The staff also spoke English, so we did not have to struggle with our limited Italian. They also have English menus. Thank you for a lovely meal.

16/10/2025: In my opinion, the best restaurant in the area (and by a long shot)! Superlative dishes, excellent service, and the freshest ingredients. The young and highly trained staff takes care of every detail, from explaining the dishes to pairing the wines. After having been there several times for occasions like anniversaries and birthdays, I chose to host my wedding reception here. Chef Alberto's helpfulness and professionalism left us speechless. All our guests were blown away by the deliciousness of the dishes, the service was impeccable and top-notch without being overwhelming. He truly made us feel at home despite it being a restaurant with a distinctly gourmet feel. Even if I tried hard, I couldn't find a single detail that wasn't perfect. A must-try, because words simply can't describe how good the food is here.

01/12/2025: We’ve had an amazing meal in this excellent location with typical Venice style. Food was absolutely stunning, we got recommend the “antipasto veneziano” seafood and was definitely worth it. The main peculiarity about the location was the fact it’s right next to one of the canals which made the meal even more special and romantic. We ended our fabulous meal with a tasty tiramisù which I must say has been the best I’ve tried in a while. Staff were extremely kind and always available making the whole experience smoother and pleasant.

29/11/2025: I love going there for both lunch and dinner very often. The place is welcoming, a typical Venetian osteria. The menu is varied, with daily specials, and the tiramisu is truly delicious. The service is always prompt and friendly. The entire staff, both women and men, are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and they're experienced and enthusiastic. They've almost adopted me, and they make you feel at home. Natasha, Julia, Agata, Alice, Mario, Katerina, Laurant, and Amel are a great team. If you're in Venice and want to eat somewhere traditional, quiet, with a good wine selection without being ripped off, this is the place. In the warmer months, you can even sit outside in the Piazzetta! I feel right at home here; they're fantastic!

18/10/2025: The friendliest service that uplifted us for the next part of our travelling journey. The man laughed, asked us what pattern we saw in our coffees, and then giggled as he walked away. It was also... the best bacon ever 😍 I kept trying to find bacon like that for the rest of the trip but couldn't replace it. The pancakes weren't my favourite (more the sugary/patisserie type rather than fluffy)... but I'm still giving 5 stars because the bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly and the service made us giggle.
