05/10/2025: Beautiful location, warm... Kind and efficient staff (the morning means speed and they guarantee this even when the place is crowded), quality offering (when I find a not_good product, I will report it) at a price in line with the category of service offered!

03/10/2025: I came to this restaurant many years ago and wanted to go back for the good memories. As expected, the food didn't disappoint at all. I had spaghetti with seafood, which was spectacularly delicious and plentiful. It's true that the music isn't great... and the price isn't cheap, but for a good memory, it's worth it!

02/11/2025: If you want to feel like a valued guest and expect some Italian Charm DON'T go there! Read the earlier comments! Real Venetians are ASHAMED of this place and how guests are treated! The owner is stressed and downright unfriendly if you spend too much time at the table in her eyes. We had stayed longer due to a rainshower and when I went in to order a second round, I was asked, if I wanted to pay I replied "no". I was then gruffly informed that if I wanted to keep the table I had to order some more, which I had intended to do in the first place had I been given the chance! When ordering a hot chocolate, an Aperol Spritz and some chichetti in addition to the chocolate we had before, she still gave me to understand that the order was to small to satisfy her! I do understand that a Café needs to make a profit, but shooing away guests in an absolutely unfriendly manner on a rainy and SLOW day is just bad a business policy. I could understand her view if this had been a busy day with people waiting to be seated. But this was a rainy day with few customers and almost *half the tables empty* anyway! Why on earth would any good businessman /woman want an additional empty table? We will definitely NOT be returning to such a dismal service. We can feel unwelcome for less money anywhere else. (The nice elderly gentleman serving the tables I must exclude from this, he really was lovely!) I am looking forward to returning to this lovely place as soon as there is a new owner! With this sort of customer service it cannot take long!

09/10/2025: As soon as I walked in, it looked like a dive, and that might be fine. Usually, those are the places where you eat better. The owner isn't even that unpleasant! The waiter, besides being unsightly, was also rude. I asked questions and he sent me to the owner, but I said, if you don't like this job, go find another job. The menu needs a translator to read. I'm not saying I went to high school, but it looked like my Italian essay with corrections written on it in whiteout. Well, in short, I was pissed off by the rudeness of the waiter and the owner. I got up, told them my reasons, and left. I can't tell you if the food was good or bad, but I think that above all, you need to be courteous with your customers, and they don't even know where courtesy lies. And yes, I've been to quite a few Chinese restaurants, but I've never found a Chinese woman like this. I think we're in real trouble if this is what the future holds. Anyway, they definitely won't see me anymore.

12/10/2025: The place is located in a historic and charming location, and that's its only positive aspect. The tables were dirty and uncleared, and the chairs had crumpled napkins stuck in them. The table service was poor: the waiter was unhelpful and clearly unwilling to do his job properly—after we finished our drinks, the sandwiches arrived about half an hour later (toasted to the point of being burned). The restrooms were a complete disaster (the toilet didn't work, dirt everywhere, and the bathroom door wouldn't close). I strongly advise against this place!

22/09/2025: Excellent selection of typical tramezzini and porchetta sandwiches, a very nice place in the heart of Treviso.

18/10/2025: Wine was good, ham sandwich we excellent. Nice spot to sit when Saturday market is in full steam.

11/10/2025: The food was good, the atmosphere was decent, nothing special, but the staff surprised us again (unfortunately, in a bad way)!! Our waitress seemed to be there as if she were punishing us! She didn't even say hello, showed us to the table, and then left without a word. We called her twice, but we were ignored! We had come with her husband's family, who didn't speak Italian, and she seemed annoyed by this. We get a lot of tourists here, so I don't think it should be a disappointment to her. When she brought our order, we noticed a Coke was missing, and when we asked for one, she gave us a nasty look. We practically saw her yell at an older man who didn't understand that it was actually his order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE STAFF!!!

03/03/2025: Review is only for the restaurant which served us two good pasta which were good, and two desserts which were only mediocre and seemed not to be homemade, although I may be wrong. Cost including water and 0.5 litre wine was 50 euro, a little on the high side for the standard. Service was very friendly though and we felt welcome. It is an option for the area if you are staying nearby.

21/09/2025: Situated in a location that offers a view of the square, this bar, despite being crowded, is very quick and organized in handling customers. The tramezzini are very delicate in flavor. I expected them to be more flavorful, but overall I didn't find them bad. The spritz was quite strong, in my opinion. It's just a matter of taste!

15/10/2025: Cute dessert by the water! Loved their hot chocolate. The view of the Salute was absolutely dreamy - perfect reward after exploring Dorsoduro or San Marco.

11/05/2025: I will verify that you are Korean. 2 Bellinis, 1 Aperol, 1 Espresso I ate 2 cicchetti and 1 croissant. It tastes good too Above all, the bathroom was very clean. Instead, it's ridiculously expensive.

29/04/2025: Very bad experience. we decided to stop at the Prebateo restaurant in Venice, but we immediately regretted it. The place was in disastrous hygienic conditions: cobwebs (with spiders) and dust everywhere, with unsafe cables above our heads - a real danger. The pizzas were obviously frozen, hard and tasteless, really disappointing. A friend of ours ordered a grilled fillet of meat: a tiny square, 5 cm by 5 cm, paid a whopping €20... an absurd price for such a ridiculous portion. To conclude, at the time of the bill there were suspicious roundings: they made us pay €2 more without any justification, inflating the figures incorrectly. Absolutely not recommended. Dirty place, mediocre food and poor honesty in prices.

31/10/2025: By chance, I ended up in this mall at lunchtime and enjoyed a poke bowl bursting with flavors. It was delicious, everything was fresh, and the girls behind the counter were really nice! I'll be back, trucker's word.

26/10/2025: Terrible, I got home and I have a stomachache and gastritis, after I ate the Poke!

23/10/2025: I called at 6:30 PM to order a pizza for delivery at 8:40 PM. They replied, "We can't guarantee on-time delivery because the weather is bad outside." It's 9 PM and the pizza hasn't arrived yet. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. I'm sorry, but I doubt I'll be back.

01/09/2025: I called at 6:30 PM for two pizzas with home delivery for 8 PM... At 8:22 PM I called to get information... they told me they were leaving for delivery now... arrived at 8:45 PM... 2 minutes away in short... terrible service, cold pizza... NEVER AGAIN. The receipt is also missing, just a preliminary bill/order, we'll report it to the relevant authorities.

30/10/2025: Excellent service, the pool and changing rooms are always clean. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful.

06/09/2025: NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I've been frequenting these pools for years, but in recent years the situation has become unbearable. I've never seen so many flies and mosquitoes as in recent years. I came to relax and find myself having to spend the afternoon fighting to chase away the flies that won't leave you alone for a second. What I'm wondering is if it's possible to get some treatments to solve this problem once and for all.
