The owner is very kind. The waitresses, a little less so. One girl made us move from a table, saying the aisle between it and the wall needed to be kept clear. Then someone else arrived, sat down, and she served him calmly. The hot sandwiches are delicious. The Spritz is average, and costs €4, a reasonable price.

A late afternoon stop for two for a snack. Delicious tramezzini paired with Aperol Spritz and two coffees, including a caffè d'orzo. Lovely terrace and quick service. In short, nothing to complain about, and one of the young women at the counter even spoke French! Good value for money and I highly recommend it.

I understand that I'm in the square... but €3 for a sandwich like that is definitely too much to take away... I would only understand if it were super full inside!

This historic Padua restaurant serves delicious tramezzini and an excellent porchetta sandwich. You can stand at the counter or sit in Piazza della Frutta; prices are high.

Good sandwiches, but very few, if any, vegan and vegetarian sandwiches. Today, there are many options for creating delicious and satisfying sandwiches for those who choose to eat vegan/vegetarian. Pictured are: sandwiches with porchetta and peppers. Salmon and mushrooms. These were also reheated. Vegan/vegetarian sandwiches: Lettuce, cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.

A must-visit when I'm in Padua. The staff are always friendly and the porchetta tramezzini are excellent. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get a seat despite the large number of seats.

Pasticceria Via Torino 11

02/05/2026: A small pastry shop in a quiet, green square, with outdoor seating. Delicious brioche. I'll try something else. But in the meantime, I'm a winner!
04/03/2026: High quality. Excellent/exceptional pastries. The whole wheat brioche is the best I've ever tasted!
