26/10/2025: I stayed at this property called "Hotel Amalfi" for three nights. The service was exemplary only in the dining room. I interacted with all the hotel staff, but no one made me feel listened to and welcomed as a guest like the waiters. The two very young girls in the dining room are role models. They were vibrant and visibly attentive to the order of the dining room and the well-being of the guests. I was very sorry that during this stay I witnessed these two girls being reprimanded by the chef. He allowed himself to leave the kitchen in a pitiful state, smelling of onions and fried ammentecato... and yet, with a dirty apron, he decided to come out and be complimented by the guests, who were so shocked by the situation that they decided to compliment him even though they were not satisfied. The two girls were truly magnanimous human beings. They were adorned, without imperfections: harmless and beautiful; And this saved the decay of the old dining room, left over from when my grandfather went to war. My stay was respectable, but it wouldn't have been the same without these two waitresses.

26/10/2025: I stayed for 5 days with half board. The room was decent, very old but clean. The only flaw was the bathroom without a shower. The location is excellent; if you're traveling with families, it's the perfect area, while if you're younger, there's a cheap bus service. I had a wonderful experience with the staff, especially the waiters in the dining room who served in the evening. I was served by two extremely friendly and helpful young women. I had the pleasure of engaging in several conversations and discovered that it was their first job experience. I would never have imagined this given their dedication to their work. The food was very good, served impeccably, always on time as soon as I sat down, they came straight to ask for drinks, and my orders were always correct. Although there were some mishaps, like a refrigerator that started leaking, they immediately fixed the accidental damage and served without any issues. The only flaw was the chef, who often left, all dirty and sweaty, not wearing proper work attire, and he would yell at the girls for no apparent reason. I hope to see them again next season because I'll definitely be coming!

02/10/2025: I have no complaints about the food or the speed of service, but they should be more vigilant. I experienced an unpleasant and disgusting scene in the bathroom (shared for both men and women). I hope they improve this aspect.

23/06/2025: Estábamos deseando este restaurante como se había recomendado. La comida estaba bien, el ambiente, no tan bueno y luego llegó la factura. El propietario masculino trató de aconsejar que el servicio no estaba incluido, pero era descaradamente (servico 12 %). En general, se sentía como si estuviera visitando al publicista en Los Miserables! Si te gustan los musicales, visita. De lo contrario, evita.

27/05/2025: Un ambiente carino in una calle oscura . Abbiamo cenato con tre fritti pesantissimi che ci hanno disturbato tutta la notte. Una ribolla di scarsa qualità e infine dolcetti secchi senza né infamia né lode. Ci aveva consigliato questo locale un amico ma forse era un po' che non lo frequentava.un conto esagerato

27/04/2025: Es un lugar encantador junto al agua para cenar y ver la puesta de sol. Elegimos el restaurante por sus opciones de gluten. El camarero estaba muy bien informado y nos habló a través de las muchas opciones. Están muy acertados con los requisitos dietéticos y tienen tres tipos diferentes de mozzarella (regular, sin lactosa y vegana). El vino de la casa era muy agradable. Experiencia encantadora.

25/09/2025: Absolutely rude. The owners, in particular, showed no respect for the customer. A terrible example for employees and collaborators. A pizza that's neither good nor bad.

09/11/2025: We went to breakfast with a voucher we'd been given for breakfast at a nearby apartment. When we arrived and handed the voucher to Mrs. Silvia, she was clearly annoyed. When serving us, she was a bit rude, almost annoyed by our presence.

18/07/2025: This was a very nice restaurant! Great views and great service! The food was good! I enjoyed my spaghetti with meatballs and my chocolate cake! Make sure to have aperil spritz with your meal!

04/10/2025: I'll never go back. I wanted to give it a chance because Koi closed. I had a table reserved for 1:30 PM. When we arrived, we ordered, and the first courses arrived at 2:15 PM. I'm hungry and don't want to wait that long. The red-haired waitress needs to start treating customers better. She messed up an order and rudely blamed me, the customer, forcing me to eat something I hadn't ordered just because she misunderstood the number. (I recommend doing like Koi and getting tablets to order.) I kindly ask you to learn how to treat customers, and above all, to be humble and admit your mistake. Otherwise, I suggest you change jobs. Terrible experience. Thumbs up to all the other workers, but you need to be quicker with your service. I can't wait that long to eat. I have a life, and I won't waste it waiting for your dishes with very small portions. #koitipleaseopen #don'tgothere

12/10/2025: A nice enough place, but the prices are a bit excessive (€5 for a cappuccino with cream). But the prices aren't the biggest disappointment. I found the staff to be truly disrespectful and mean; they literally kicked us out of the place (which was also empty). I'm giving it one star out of kindness. Everyone was really unpleasant, except for the waiter, who was super nice.

11/10/2025: The bald waiter lied and said they only accept cash and the price is 30. When I went to the manager, I found out they accept cards and the actual price is 13.

07/10/2025: The food was really good and not expensive. Not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe we were lucky but it was a nice experience for us next to the water. They have gluten free options which is great. I do not put 5 stars because of the mandatory 12.5% in the ticket which felt odd.

16/08/2025: Very unprofessional staff — after 15 minutes they brought us the bill without us even asking for it, and they kept looking at us as if they wanted us to leave, just because we only sat down for a drink and not for lunch.

01/11/2025: We wanted to sit here and really enjoyed it. The service was very friendly. The food and drinks were really good. We also really enjoyed the live music. I highly recommend it.

26/10/2025: It's expensive, yes, but you're paying for the view, the venue, and the musicians. €14 for a Coke. €23 for an Irish coffee, but it was good. Impeccable service. However, I can't see myself eating there.
