We were greeted by Luana, a very kind, smiling, and helpful woman.
The place is small but cozy, and the pizzas are very good.
We will definitely be back.

The pizza is very light, they have various types of dough and it's delicious with quality ingredients. We will be back and I highly recommend it. The owner is kind and helpful.

I tasted two pizzas and can say they were well-crafted and structured. Both the compositions and the plating were gourmet, a delight for both the eyes and the palate.
The doughs were the same, soft and airy on the inside yet crunchy and flavorful on the outside: an excellent combination for a unique tasting experience.
The flavors were well thought out:
On the one hand, the timeless combination of straciatella, mortadella, and pistachio made the pizza delicate yet bold; perfect for sensitive palates who love the sweet-savory contrast (pizza mm's).
On the other hand, a decidedly stronger and livelier flavor is recommended for those who love rustic and structured flavors. The potato-speck combination was excellent, and with the smoky burrata, it created a symphony of flavors in the mouth (pizza bran).
The raw materials were of excellent quality, with top-quality ingredients that were fresh and well-preserved.
To conclude, I give a unique rating to the experience I had between the waiting staff, the journey of flavours and the location and I can summarise it in a nice 8.5/10

Very good pizza, shame about the slow service. There's not much staff, so you have to wait quite a while just to get a table.

I was at this truly picturesque place this evening, January 14, 2026, with a very welcoming, homey atmosphere.
For mains, I ordered a scrocchia with rosemary, speck, mashed potatoes, and burrata (sublime), and for dessert, a pistachio cheesecake served with cream and chopped pistachios.
Rating 100 out of 10 ❤️
I recommend it.

We went last night for the first time. The "Parmigiana Paradiso" pizzas we ordered were excellent, tasty, and easy to digest. The service was impeccable. The only slight downside is the small space.

The waitresses try to please their customers. I think the pizza dough is made about 24 hours in advance, because the pizza dough is light and cooked just right. That is, the pizzas aren't crunchy, but they're still light. The only problem is that the place is a bit small, so it's best to reserve a table, otherwise you can order a takeout pizza (but why bother going directly to M'infarino to get it?).
