02/04/2025: Historic shop that has managed to maintain the charm of the local shop, where it is still possible to exchange jokes and receive the most appropriate advice. Here time is marked by smiles and kindness of all kinds. Impeccable service. Personally, I turned to them for a brunch and the owner was able to organize the event for me in the best possible way.

with the Chantilly cream, always continue like this..., in addition to the pancakes, the other desserts are also excellent.

09/02/2025: I went last night for the first time... ate an exquisite fish starter (cod trio, seafood salad and sardines) and a generous and super cuttlefish ink risotto!
Relaxing atmosphere...there is no shortage of choice of a good wine!! Definitely coming back... more than honest account!!

Ottimo servizio farsa scelta di proposte gastronomiche, nessuna attesa pur non avendo prenotato ( consigliabile la prenotazione). Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Situata nel centro storico, Poco lontano dal ponte degli alpini.

Splendid in everything: booking, welcome, kindness, professionalism, cleanliness and pleasantness of the room and common areas. The solarium area with Jacuzzi is very nice.
The breakfast is delicious and super varied, as well as being carefully displayed.
Added to this: private parking and a spot on the beach. In addition, guests benefit from a discount for lunch and dinner in the restaurant/pizzeria.

06/07/2025: My son and I spent a short stay at this hotel, I found the owners to be very friendly and the staff was excellent.
Excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners (all plentiful and delicious). I hope to return. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND it.

Everything we tried was delicious, but the pastries were especially outstanding—fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. They offer a great selection, so there’s something for everyone, whether you're looking for a sweet treat or a savory bite.
If you’re wandering Venice and want a quick, tasty stop, this bakery is well worth it. Highly recommend!

Antipasti buoni, ma i primi erano fenomenali!
Risotto con asparagi e cappe sante e risotto con gamberi e fiori di zucca.

Il proprietario è un personaggio, simpatico e umano con una nota di ironia che mai guasta.

09/06/2025: The hotel was beautiful and in a great area. The staff was amazing and so helpful - they even recommended a wonderful little restaurant for us that we would have never found on our own. Spectacular! We hope to return soon!
06/06/2025: Stunning location over the Grand canal, few meters away from gondola canal transfer point (2 euro per person), so you commence your planned working tour with the shortest way recommended by Google map. Very good concierge service. Fair and full breakfast.
