Pizzeria Al Colle In Sovizzo

The location and dishes (especially the pizzas) would push my rating to the full 4 stars. However, I feel compelled to limit it to 3 for one factor I find truly important: the lack of air conditioning. Even in the height of summer, you'll be served on the (pretty nice) porch, but it stays at room temperature, making dinner a misery. So, all things considered, it's a recommended activity from fall to spring, with summer being completely unusable. A real shame.

The restaurant is truly welcoming, with a beautiful exposed wooden beam structure that creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for any occasion. Simply exceptional pizzas! Light, digestible dough and a perfect crust. Impeccable service: young, cheerful, fast, and always smiling staff make you feel welcome. ​In short: picture-perfect view, top-notch pizza, and great courtesy. We'll definitely be back very soon!

The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and very pleasant. The pizzas are delicious, and the service is friendly and attentive. The service is quick, even at busy times. We'll be back often.

The atmosphere and food are very good! The unpeeled products are recommended. The only issues are the cramped spaces and the slow service.

I had a carbonara pizza, and the ingredients were only in the center of the pizza, with 2-2.5 centimeters between the edge and the ingredients. Plus, the pizza dough was dry and burnt. Then I ordered a crème brulee, and that was good.

Beautiful evening, beautiful location, beautiful waitresses, smiling and helpful......unfortunately we live far away, it was a special evening, but we will definitely be back 😍😍😍

Nice place, wonderful terrace, excellent pizzas, but the prices are a bit too high

The pizza is good, but I think it's a bit pricey. The main dining room is a bit noisy.
