Al Pesador In Venezia

The service from the staff was excellent. They were smiling throughout, making for a very pleasant dining experience. The food is consistently good, but the prices are a bit on the higher side. Considering the location, it's probably reasonable. If you prioritize service, I would recommend this restaurant.

I visited Osteria Al Pesador in Venice, and I must say it was a truly rare surprise for the area. Finally, a place where you can feel they're cooking for those accustomed to good food, not just for passing tourists. I had some of the best spaghetti with clams I can remember: clean flavor, perfectly cooked, true balance. The spaghetti with meatballs was also exceptional, which isn't as predictable as it seems. The appetizers deserve a special mention: a wide and carefully selected selection, with quality ingredients and never banal combinations. You can taste authentic Italian cuisine, without shortcuts. All this with a splendid view of the canal, which makes the experience even more enjoyable without becoming a tourist trap. Impeccable service: friendly, attentive, and surprisingly fast staff, a rare thing in Venice. In short, one of those places you don't expect: true quality, the right atmosphere, and zero sense of a "tourist restaurant."

We were accommodated immediately on a busy Friday night to the best seat in Venice. Food, service and atmosphere was second to none thanks to Chamak. Highly recommend the sea bass

Isabella greeted us, explained every dish and helped decide the right wine for the meal. The food was divine. Mimmo was friendly and made the dining experience very nice. Sitting along the canal, watching the activity was perfect for the end of a busy day. Definitely recommend.
