A la carte menu and during the week also a proposal of the day. Quality raw materials, service, presentation, everything ok... it seems to have changed dress since the last time, and yet everything lived up to expectations. The senses are satisfied, both for the food and for the drink: very good rabosello. A place to return to...

22/06/2025: Truly a terrible experience, Tagliolini with licorice, scampi and burrata were a mush of sauce with cream, not even a hint of burrata, the shameful thing was that they put prawns instead of scampi, when we asked for an explanation, the waitress came out with a bowl with a frozen wrapper with frozen scampi tails written on it... how unprofessional As a second course, a greasy, inedible fried fish, I attach the photos... Side dish, baked potatoes, I also attach photos of these potatoes... all left there. The same waitress, while clearing the table, told us "I'll wrap the potatoes so you can make an omelette tomorrow" Speechless!

Delicious, down-to-earth, and traditional Italian cuisine, just what you could wish for on Lake Garda. No run-of-the-mill pizza or run-of-the-mill pasta, but truly excellent, regional dishes – prepared with love and quality. The service was sensational: attentive, warm, and very professional. And the location? Simply fantastic! Nestled in the middle of the vineyards, with an incredible atmosphere. So quiet, so peaceful – pure nature. A place to breathe deeply and enjoy. As I said: I can't say much about the hotel itself – but the food alone is worth the trip. World-class!

Crossing the threshold of this humble but precious place was like entering a parallel universe, where the fragrant scent of leavened dough, embraced by the expert hand of the pizza chef, merged with the warm and familiar atmosphere, giving a sense of peace and satisfaction. Each slice, cut with precision and care, represented a small masterpiece of culinary art, a perfect combination of lightness and substance, tradition and innovation. The crust, golden and crunchy, welcomed a layer of juicy and fragrant tomato, to which were added flashes of stringy mozzarella, Mediterranean aromas of oregano and basil, and sometimes more daring touches of ingredients selected with taste and refinement. Every bite was a sensory journey that led back to the genuineness of simple things, but made with love and skill. Returning to this pizzeria was a small ritual of happiness, an oasis of pleasure that broke the monotony of school days, giving me the comfort that only good food can offer. Even today, the memory of those moments is imprinted in the memory with the sweetness of a timeless flavor, a symbol of a time when taste and company were intertwined in a sincere and warm embrace. Ultimately, this pizzeria al taglio is not just a place to satiate yourself, but a small treasure chest of emotions, a refuge for the soul that I fervently recommend to anyone who wants to rediscover the beauty of culinary tradition accompanied by a touch of poetry.
