The food is good; I’ve been there twice. The only disappointment was the customer service. The lady seemed very annoyed, rolling her eyes whenever you asked for something. She avoided eye contact while speaking to you, which was honestly quite shocking to me. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if too many customers made her tired. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but I’ve also seen this issue mentioned several times in other reviews of this restaurant. I think the manager should try to identify the root cause of this frustration in their employee

Centrally located pizzeria at the Bauli intersection, just steps from the Adige River. I had a great meal, and I recommend the Grotta Azzurra spaghetti chitarra with garlic, chili pepper, cherry tomatoes, and oregano—it was fabulous, and mopping up the bread was a must. I then had a classic pizza with buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, and cherry tomatoes. Excellent, with a fragrant, fine dough, cooked to perfection, without burning, and with the ingredients evenly distributed across the pizza. I finished with a delicious tiramisu, fresh and velvety. Quick service and friendly staff. Simple decor, the entrance is undergoing renovations, and parking uphill is a bit inconvenient, but here I found exquisite food and pizza, which is what really matters in a pizzeria restaurant.
