02/07/2025: The pizza is good, I can't complain. Unfortunately I went on Friday and even though I had booked I had to wait a bit. Maybe just on that night there was a lack of organization, as there were six people but everything was very slow. I came on the wrong night but I'll be back!

Quality food prepared really well. The place is very nice, easy-going and quiet. The service is excellent, all the staff are very kind and helpful.

20/05/2025: in vacanza in zona, siamo capitati per caso in questo locale e devo dire che è stata una bella scoperta. Personale giovane e molto accogliente, ambiente piacevole, buona distanza fra i tavoli che garantisce la privacy nella zona ristorante. Cibo eccellente, i bigoli con i bruscandoli mi sono rimasti nel cuore, abbiamo mangiato i piatti tipici locali, e siamo tornati anche il giorno dopo per la cena chiedendo un piatto fuori menù che hanno preparato con molta disponibilità. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Comodo il parcheggio vicinissimo.

I think that the average German customer on holiday without many pretensions goes to eat there but certainly if you are local it is not worth the stop we had already been in the past I wanted to give it another chance, but my memory was right 😅

30/06/2025: Had a bad experience. Was there for a short break. Booked through Booking.com. You could feel it. Noisy room facing the street. During the night, I heard the laundry room below, meaning the washing machine (must have been turned on by a timer). We weren't allowed to sit on the breakfast terrace. A lady said it was only reserved for half-day guests...why during breakfast? And then the icing on the cake... Checking out at 11:00 was fine, but then we were only allowed to use the pool in the afternoon after paying a deposit. I've been to many vacation destinations before, but I wasn't allowed to lie by the pool until the early afternoon because it was very hot, and we didn't want to drive home in the worst of it.

The hotel itself is immaculate — everything is spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a calm and relaxing environment from the moment you arrive. It’s clear that great care is taken to ensure the highest standards throughout. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help — but two people in particular really stood out and deserve special mention. Firstly, Nicolo, one of the waiters, is an absolute credit to the hotel. Always wearing a genuine, cheerful smile, he went above and beyond to ensure every meal and moment we spent in the restaurant was perfect. His eagerness to please and positive energy truly made a difference to our holiday — it’s people like Nicolo who turn a great stay into an exceptional one. Equally wonderful is Sylvia, who seems to be everywhere at once — from reception to the bar and restaurant. She is incredibly happy, helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Whether it was assisting with local recommendations, organising drinks, or simply checking in to see if we were enjoying ourselves, Sylvia made us feel so genuinely cared for throughout our stay. In short, Hotel Bellavista is a gem on Lake Garda — combining stunning views, pristine surroundings, and a team of staff who clearly love what they do. An amazing holiday all in all, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything!

24/06/2025: I went for lunch with my family and I have to say I was amazed. I had never been before, and as soon as I arrived I was immediately welcomed with kindness and taken to the table. The service is excellent, the atmosphere very welcoming and the food very good. I had the opportunity to try all the dishes on the menu since all four of us had taken four different things. I highly recommend it.
