Ristorante Pizzeria Paioa In Cavarzere

I'm a regular customer and have been to this place many times, so I'm sorry to write such a review. Last time, however, I had the feeling that something had changed, perhaps the management or at least some of the staff. Some of the waiters seemed a bit inexperienced and awkward, which I can understand if they're new to the place, but compared to other times, the difference was noticeable. What bothered me the most, however, was the insistence on offering appetizers and desserts. Not just once, but two or three times, and honestly, I found it out of place. It's fine to offer, of course, but when it becomes insistent, it makes the customer feel uncomfortable. Also, because you never know the situation of the person you're dealing with: maybe someone treats themselves to a pizza once a month and has just that much money to spend. Feeling constantly pressured to order something else isn't pleasant. The food is still good, and I've always liked the place, but I really hope this issue gets fixed, because people go out to eat to relax, not to feel pressured. I just want to point out that we asked for the coffee, it wasn't offered to us.

Everything is always good, from the varied set menu to the à la carte menu. The fish is excellent. Well done.

The staff was wonderful and incredibly friendly, helpful, courteous, and well-mannered. The scallop risotto was delicate and delicious!

You can save on food! The food wasn't bad... BUT €3 for the cover charge seems a bit steep... Anyway, I'll be back.

I had a wonderful meal there every night. A young waiter named Alex always serves me. The others were also very nice. A good restaurant, I recommend it.

A very beautiful and well-kept location, the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The service was excellent: the waiters were helpful, extremely polite, and always attentive to the customer. The prices are also really good, in line with the quality offered. I have two observations, however. The first concerns a lasagna we ordered and then asked the waiter to put a hold on it. Despite this, it was still on our receipt when we paid. At this point, it would have been appropriate to inform us that the dish would still be charged, so we could have had it prepared and taken home. Paying for a dish that never arrived was not a pleasant experience. Another point I'd like to point out is the lack of dessert options for those who are lactose intolerant or gluten-free. This would be a much-appreciated extra touch. Overall, a positive experience, but with room for improvement in these areas.

You eat well, the price is reasonable, the service is excellent and friendly.

On the way back from Chioggia to Bologna we stopped in the evening with my friends in this restaurant. It was a real thrill. The food was extraordinary, all fish-based. The service was fantastic with the waitress Antonella and the owner. The place was really beautiful and the price was really fair. It's worth a visit.
