The owner and staff are always available with their cheerful professionalism. If you pass by coming from Segusino towards Busche, make a stop here, you will leave satisfied.

09/03/2025: La mia recente esperienza in questo ristorante è stata a dir poco disastrosa. Mi ero fatta un’idea positiva del locale poiché ero già stata altre volte e avevo sempre mangiato bene. L'asado, che dovrebbe essere cotto lentamente alla griglia per esaltarne il sapore affumicato e la tenerezza, è arrivato al tavolo bollito. La carne era insipida, priva di quella crosticina croccante che caratterizza un buon asado e la consistenza era gommosa e sgradevole. Sembrava che fosse stato semplicemente immerso in acqua bollente, privandolo di ogni sapore e consistenza. Il brisket di manzo era altrettanto deludente. La carne era dura, stopposa e difficile da masticare. Il sapore affumicato, che dovrebbe essere una delle caratteristiche principali del brisket, era quasi inesistente. Sembrava che fosse stato cotto troppo a lungo o a una temperatura troppo alta, rendendolo secco e immangiabile. Ma il culmine del disastro è stato raggiunto con la pasta cacio e pepe. Un piatto semplice, simbolo della cucina romana, trasformato in un'offesa al palato. La pasta era immersa in una salsa di panna, un'eresia per la vera cacio e pepe, che dovrebbe essere cremosa grazie all'emulsione di pecorino romano, pepe nero e acqua di cottura. Il sapore era stucchevole e lontano anni luce dall'autentico gusto della tradizione. Il tutto è stato servito in occasione della festa della donna il locale era pieno e facevano musica dal vivo. La formula menù ridotto e ordine in cassa come in sagra non funziona. Non sono assolutamente in grado di gestire il cibo per tanta gente in una serata del genere.

05/05/2025: Discreto ristorantino in campo S.Girolamo dell'Orto, quindi bella location all'angolo della piazza. Provato il menù del giorno di terra, la carbonara e la margherita del menu bimbi. Tutto discreto, pizza col forno elettrico quindi più adatta per gli stranieri mentre la carbonara era davvero buona. Prezzi contenuti quindi molto apprezzabile per essere a Venezia

10/04/2025: Quiet Thursday evening to be able to enjoy a pizza that friends tell us is good.... Very positive experience, my gourmet pizza 4: Pizza dough cooked with buffalo carpaccio, courgette flowers, burrata, rocket. Very fresh, delicate, quality products, crunchy in the centre, very soft on the edge, perfect pasta cooking. Very nice, clean, welcoming environment. Attentive, kind, prepared, professional staff. The owner, despite being in the oven, carefully followed the cooking, preparation and service procedures. After the pizza, a pleasant dessert and a properly frozen liquorice liqueur. We are from Pordenone but there will certainly be more than one opportunity to enjoy your pizza again, highly recommended, congratulations 💯

12/03/2025: Take-away pizzeria, with the possibility of eating on site. Few seats available, around ten. Very refined pizzas with excellent quality products, doughs that vary every week. It is possible to vary the components of each pizza compared to the standard menu. Non-lacy and Vegan dishes are also available. Good craft beers and Loeffe on tap. Friendly and helpful staff. Hygienically adequate room. Prices in line with the products offered. We are very happy to return!

19/04/2025: Have been wanting to eat at this restaurant since I saw Bourdain eat here on the Venice episode of no reservations. It doesn’t happen often, but the restaurant did not only meet my expectations, but it surpassed them. Tucked away in this beautiful island you will have without a doubt one of the best meals to be had in Venice. Emailed ahead of time for a reservation, take in the island and then sit down and enjoy your meal in an incredible restaurant. My only regret is not trying their fried seafood platter!

15/04/2025: The place was very pretty, the servers very pleasant. We ordered the langoustine risotto for two, it was succulent and very well served. The dessert cart had a pistachio cheeskake and a sort of Norwegian omelette with a delicious orange meringue.

13/04/2025: This place offers a modern interpretation of the classical brewery. They have a good selection of beers and the "Bruschette" are noteworthy. Interior and exterior seating. Many tables and ample space to park the car.

21/04/2025: Pizza e secondo al top! Ho mangiato una pizza margherita veramente buona la pasta sottile e la mozzarella gustosa. Ho mangiato poi un hamburger di Sorana con patate e verdure grigliate veramente squisito, ben cotto e presentato in maniera perfetta! Dolci fatti in casa: da provare gli assaggi di biscottini con crema chantilly. Ottimo il servizio i ragazzi molto cordiali e disponibili. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito, locale molto curato. Ottimo il rapporto qualita' prezzo.

07/04/2025: Il miglior cheeseburger mai provato! Non scrivo spesso recensioni, ma questa volta sento davvero di doverlo fare. Da Olsi Pizza e Cucina ho mangiato il miglior cheeseburger della mia vita! Un panino fatto in casa alla curcuma, farcito con un succoso hamburger da 300g di carne di sorana, bacon croccante e cipolla caramellata: un’esplosione di sapori incredibile, . Sono uno che mangia spesso fuori e posso dire con certezza che un panino così non l’ho trovato da nessun’altra parte. La qualità degli ingredienti è altissima, l’attenzione all’igiene è impeccabile e si percepisce una cura autentica in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff è gentile, professionale e ti fa sentire più un ospite che un semplice cliente. Un ambiente accogliente dove si respira passione e amore per la pizza e la cucina. Il costo? Assolutamente nella norma, anzi più che giusto considerando la qualità. Complimenti davvero, tornerò sicuramente. Olsi è una garanzia!
