The pizza was delicious, quite expensive but good. They were a bit rushed to clear the table. Maybe they wanted to close early, or so it seemed from the rush they were in, especially since other tables were free and there was no one waiting outside. But I highly recommend the incredibly good pizza.

Ristorante Pizzeria da Sandro

07/05/2026: A very pleasant little restaurant with an Italian atmosphere. The lady behind the counter, serving non-italian diners like us, patiently and with a smile explained what she had on offer. The tramezzini was large and fresh, the mozzarella with prosciutto cotto was delicious, and the polpette was first-rate. Peace and quiet.
26/04/2026: Great place, warm welcome and always with a smile. I've been there several times for breakfast during my visits to Venice, always well received and very good!
