A breakfast with, for example, lemon cake is highly recommended, as is a cappuccino. The atmosphere invites you to linger, even by the canal.

Cozy little coffee cafe. Not food you have to come for, but rather coffee and dessert. We got an espresso and a cappuccino, but unfortunately the quality was not worth it. The espresso was very bitter and sour, tasted like it had been brewed over 2 times or for too long. Cappuccino was fine but not great. It could also be that we are too European-minded in relation to the taste of the coffee, but in our opinion they were not worth the money. Super good atmosphere with book cafe 3/5 ⭐

Wonderful place to sit and chill. Friendly service and felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Local wine was recommended which was delicious.

Very good wines, very good dishes prepared in a simple manner, and friendly and very pleasant service. To top it all off, the address is in a small street far from the tourist hustle and bustle.

One of my favorite places in Venice! Located in one of the least touristy and, therefore, most authentic areas. Whether it's for a coffee, drinks, food or appetizers... you can consume it all in an atmosphere made unique by the books that are part of the assortment on sale in this place. Sullaluna (literally On the Moon) is a gorgeous restaurant / bookshop in a fantastic neighborhood of Venezia (Cannaregio). The food is super tasty and prepared with great care and love (ingredients are organic too). The atmosphere is unique. Prices are reasonable, and half the menu is vegetarian, half is vegan. Check out the puccia (panini) with artichokes, and the vegan jam crostata (pie) is otherworldly (like the rice and hazelnut cappuccino). Definitely recommended!!!!
