19/04/2025: Fantastic experience, the place is not very large but certainly ideal for the atmosphere that is created. Excellent food, all accompanied by a suitably recommended wine. If we are in the area again we will definitely return.

12/04/2025: Too bad..... A positive opinion which left a certain bitterness when we realized the piece of the scaraffed wine, we didn't expect 24 euros/litre, I would say more from abroad. Correctly indicated in the price list, but they had not paid due attention to it. As for the dishes, I would say the first courses are better than the second courses, although they are still pleasant. Valid gluten-free alternatives.

21/04/2025: Spaghetti à la Vongole no taste in the real recipe there are no fresh tomatoes in it and there are garlic and herbs there nothing really very disappointed. By the way, the pizzas are excellent as well as the Spritz!!!

15/04/2025: Excellent experience, I went for a spring themed dinner. Apart from the very varied and interesting menu, I really appreciated the alternative proposal of pouring a cold tea infused in sparkling water as an aperitif, a renewed proposal as an end to the meal, infused in this case in a traditional way. I must say that I really liked this way of dining (obviously excellent wines were also offered).

07/04/2025: Ein süßes nettes Restaurant in dem man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Habe das Filetsteak mit Gorgonzola- Soße gegessen, war der Hammer. Auch der Service und der Chef alle super freundlich, wenn man ein Tag später am Restaurant vorbei geht, wird man vom ganzen Personal immer noch erkannt und freundlich gegrüßt. Einfach eine Top Adresse um einen schönen Abend zu verbringen.

22/04/2025: Very pleasant environment, welcoming with that feeling and warmth of home. Typical cuisine with unique flavours, mannered staff and the owner who elegantly dominates, a pleasure for the palate and the body. We arrived for dinner after 3 days on bike packing with thirst and appetite and we appreciated everything!!! P.S. Another detail we greatly appreciated which made the difference was that they set the table for us near the window so we could watch over our beloved bikes (parked between the outside tables) Immense gratitude!!!

22/04/2025: I feel sorry for a waiter - a gentleman with glasses (the only nice one), but otherwise canteen food, poorly presented and above all of very poor quality. Frozen lasagna (they were still cold in the center - therefore not even reheated) and frozen mushrooms as they were watery. Cod badly presented and without flavor on a base of polenta that tasted of nothing. The location also leaves something to be desired, an ugly and cold environment. Never again! It's a shame that the reviews are positive, because they are very deceiving!

29/03/2025: Arrived on a Saturday night . We arrived early and that was lucky as it got busy with locals which is a good sign. Warm friendly welcome and very helpful for us non Italian speakers. Extensive pizza menu ! Our food and drink can quickly and even more importantly they were hot and very good. Loved it! Wife had pans cotta for desert which was also good . Would come back … perfect meal

26/01/2025: Dopo tanti anni , la curiosità mi ha spinto a portare alcuni amici ( intenditori appassionati di cucina ) alla trattoria Al Boccolo. Ambiente carino ed accogliente, personale gentile e talvolta fin troppo disponibile. Piatti originali e realizzati con materie prime di grande qualità , ricca lista di vini e selezioni d’olio eccellenti. Anche i dolci ci hanno sorpreso positivamente. Prezzi certamente non da trattoria ma in linea con la qualità dei piatti e del servizio offerto. Due soli dettagli , sui cui far riflettere i gestori: la presenza di un profumatore automatico posizionato vicino al nostro tavolo , che alterava leggermente il profumo delle pietanze servite e la temperatura dei piatti (stoviglie) che sarebbe stato preferibile servire leggermente riscaldati. Si tratta certamente di piccoli dettagli, che non influiscono nella valutazione generale ; 5 STELLE.

04/04/2025: Business lunch, a slightly dated place but like a real trattoria, friendly and quick staff, fixed price menu (€11) excluding drinks, very varied, I chose island-style risotto, very well executed, otherwise we are on the Olympus of rice, then sausages with peas and polenta with a side of sautéed mushrooms, all excellent, definitely worth returning.
