11/04/2025: The atmosphere is great and the food is good. But the service is terrible, the staff are grumpy and rude.

04/04/2025: The restaurant has very friendly staff, is located in a quiet side alley and has a good ambience. Unfortunately, our food was only decent. The thinly sliced marinated beef as a starter was not very flavourful and the sauce for the beef fillet was one-dimensional. The iced mousse as the dessert was well-prepared but not particularly memorable. The price was a bit high considering the ordinary taste.

08/03/2025: Excellent restaurant from a culinary point of view, delicious and aesthetically elegant and refined dishes. However, I must underline that I find €10 for a glass of Franciacorta excessive and furthermore the portions are not very generous.

29/03/2025: Elegant, well-furnished environment. Very attentive and fast service staff. Too bad.. Around us at least five little dogs, that the owners were smearing.. Some waiters were letting themselves go and petting the quadrupeds.. And the hands then?? Finally, first shift lots of free tables, when you call it seems like they are doing you a favor by giving you the table.. Mehh

29/03/2025: I share this unpleasant experience on behalf of myself and the group of friends who have had the same discomfort on several occasions eating here. I've had enough. On the third one, I write and I hope that the owners, who offer an excellent product, will read it and that they realize what kind of staff they pay, given the effort they make to have all those customers, it is not fair in my opinion to pay people who row against the brand of the place. I am referring especially to the plump middle-aged "head waitress" with glasses. REMEMBER: People are not stupid. They pretend not to hear the comments but they notice. If you don't like the way my girlfriend dresses (low-cut, by the way, nothing special) she chooses freely what to wear and is free to do so. Certain comments, certain dirty looks and certain trucker-like giggles with the other waitresses she can keep to herself. If a friend of mine doesn't eat dairy products because he's vegan, a melarian or a fruitarian, remember, you can have personal opinions on the matter BUT when he puts on an apron and works he represents the company (exquisite people in this case, who work hard to pay your salary) A disgrace. You pay a lot to eat with discomfort. I won't come anymore and my friends won't come anymore and I'm sorry

29/03/2025: Well-stocked wine shop already known in December. Eleonora, Cristina and Viola are the pearls of Bacchus ... will Michel be the god Bacchus? Highly recommended. In April the menu will change! I will certainly return to try and taste the wine and the new culinary proposals!

16/04/2025: I remember that as a child I went to "bacari", places to drink an aperitif now known to the world as a spritz accompanied by "cicchetti" (apetizer, better known as appetizers). There was no hit-and-run tourism yet and Venice was Venice, still full of life and... oh well... lots of nostalgia... I found this place by chance and for a moment I relived those beautiful memories. I "got crazy"... anchovy mozzarella, then salmon, then fried sardines, who was better than me? But I touched the sky when I ate a cuttlefish ball: my palate sent an impulse to my brain of pure culinary enjoyment. Well done. What did I drink? I evaluate the places by the wine they pour. Chardonnay. No glera okay. It was very good. At the checkout I read "foam"... few people know what it is. I really have to go back because it was over. Venessian was spoken at the checkout, the customers? No, they speak "Italian". Conclusion? A dive into the past, into the beautiful memories of the real Venice, right where "El mar ghera".
