16/11/2025: I hate to give this review, but when I went to Mortadella, we walked in and the welcome wasn't the best. We said hello and they didn't even respond. Then we sat down (there was only one customer at the counter). There were two employees behind the counter, and we waited 5 minutes, and no one came to serve us, so we had to get up and go order at the counter. We got two mortadella sandwiches, a glass of water, and a spritz, and we paid 12 euros. Not to mention, the mortadella tasted like the mortadella from Eurospin. I wouldn't recommend it.

16/09/2025: We went here for pizza based on Google reviews, and... we weren't disappointed. The large pizza was truly large, and three people had trouble finishing it, but such delicious food couldn't go to waste. There was a bowl of water waiting for our dog. I highly recommend it. We'll be back, and that's a promise, not a threat 🙂👍 P.S. Very fast delivery.

15/09/2025: My husband and I stayed at the Val Tosella refuge because he wanted to hike with Davide, a history expert and popularizer. Davide, a highly knowledgeable and approachable person, took us to strategic World War I positions where my husband's grandfather fought. The hike was very interesting and even emotional, even bringing a few tears to our eyes. On the way back, we had lunch, and Davide's wife Elena prepares dishes that are nothing short of exceptional, deliciously unique, using fresh, authentic ingredients. The pork shank and goulash are a must-try, not to mention the ricotta gnocchi and melted cheese dumplings. Well done, Elena and Davide, it was a pleasure to be your guests and feel like family.

23/08/2025: It wasn't our first time at Trattoria Al Boccolo in Castelfranco Veneto, and as always, the experience was a pleasant one. On our way to Valdobbiadene, we stopped for lunch and were greeted by Fabio, who, with his warmth and friendliness, created a truly family-like atmosphere. The restaurant is intimate and well-kept, with soft background music that accompanies the moment without disturbing. We were welcomed with a delicious entrée, then my daughter enjoyed a flavorful tagliatella with ragù, made with love and attention to detail. My wife and I chose the tagliata di Sorana: thin, tender slices, seasoned simply with Maldon salt and Lake Garda oil, accompanied by baked potatoes and pan-fried carrots, all from their own garden. The Ripasso della Valpolicella recommended by Fabio rounded out a lunch that confirms this trattoria as an unmissable stop.

The varied and well-structured menu offers traditional Vicenza dishes revisited with a contemporary flair. We appreciated the quality of the fresh and carefully selected ingredients, which is reflected in every course. The dishes are elegantly presented, without being overly elaborate, and successfully combine authentic flavors with a creative touch. Among the dishes we sampled, the first courses stand out, balanced and rich in flavor, and the meat-based second courses, cooked to perfection and accompanied by side dishes that showcase the seasonality of the ingredients. The quality-price ratio is absolutely adequate, considering the attention to detail and the overall pleasantness of the experience. The modern yet warm atmosphere makes lunch a relaxing experience, ideal for both business meetings and social gatherings. In short, Tiratardi restaurant remains an excellent choice in Vicenza: high-quality cuisine, impeccable service, and a pleasant atmosphere. A place we'll gladly return to and one we recommend without hesitation.
