17/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato benissimo! Grigliata di pesce - top, tiramisù fatto in casa eccellente. E per finire in bellezza - un buon limoncello. Il locale è curato e pulito. Siamo entrate che fuori c’era brutto tempo ma il personale ci ha fatto venire il buon umore! Si vede che ci mettono il cuore. Grazie davvero!

16/04/2025: En general, un buen restaurante. Buen servicio, menú y relación calidad-precio. No es un lugar elegante. Comimos allí un par de veces durante 3 días de visita. Observaré un hábito de servicio peculiar. Pedimos una ensalada para compartir y vino en un tazón grande con una cuchara y un tenedor. El aderezo es aceite y vinagre que las cenas se ponen según el gusto. Ninguna de las dos noches el restaurante nos trajo nada para comer la ensalada. Quizás la costumbre es que todas las cenas se coman del mismo tazón o como hacían otros... ..sírvelo encima de la pasta o segundo plato permitiendo que el aceite y el vinagre escurra sobre su comida. Solicité y conseguí 2 platos pequeños para comer nuestra ensalada en lugar de mezclarla con nuestros platos principales. Tal vez la gerencia podría notar esto porque vi a otros clientes preguntándose qué hacer, pero demasiado tímidos para pedir un plato.

22/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato alla Locanda ai Capitelli a Soave ed è stata un'esperienza straordinaria. Il cibo era delizioso, con piatti tradizionali veneti preparati alla perfezione. Giulia e Lara sono state impeccabili nel servizio e i consigli sui piatti con una atmosfera accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

09/03/2025: In questo locale viene servita quella che si definisce “pizza gourmet” che a mia opinione snatura il concetto di pizza. Ma a parte questo la “pizza” è di buona qualità e piacevole da mangiare, ma come tutte le pizze gourmet piccola ed esosa. La cosa che mi ha MOLTO deluso è la cameriera. Abbiamo chiesto quattro spritz Campari e la cameriera ci comunica che non hanno il Campari ma un’alternativa naturale praticamente uguale. Ci fidiamo e li ordiniamo … al tavolo ci arrivano quattro bicchieri di colore giallo. Il cameriere che ci consegna le bevande a cui abbiamo chiesto se era l’alternativa allo spritz Campari che avevamo ordinato ci comunica testualmente “non c’entra proprio nulla con lo spritz Campari”. Assaggio ed è la cosa più lontana (e a mia opinione imbevibile) dallo spritz Campari che ci potesse essere! Chiamo la cameriera e le chiedo spiegazioni, con educazione e tranquillità. E lei, un po’ scocciata, mi risponde che mi ha portato “qualcosa di amaro come il Campari”. Trovo assolutamente sconcertante che una pizzeria di questo livello abbia una cameriera con una tale ignoranza e leggerezza. Lo spritz è fatto con prosecco, soda e Campari, Aperol o altro … se un cliente chiede uno spritz e tu come locale NON HAI LO SPRITZ per una scelta aziendale, il cliente lo deve sapere al momento dell’ordine e non quando si ritrova un bicchiere non definito davanti. Oltretutto l’arroganza con cui ha risposto alle mie domande non è assolutamente tollerabile. Ci tengo a sottolineare che al tavolo eravamo in quattro persone che hanno capito come me che l’alternativa era uguale allo spritz Campari! In tutto questo, nonostante la mia dimostranza alla cameriera e la lamentela fatta alla cassa alla domanda “tutto bene” la mia risposta è stata “direi proprio di no” … nessuno mi ha chiesto “come mai” facendo finta di nulla e ci hanno presentato il conto salato senza batter ciglio. La pizza sarà anche gourmet ma la professionalità è molto scarsa!

15/02/2025: I'm only giving one star because I'm tired of the constant delays in delivering pizzas. I'm sorry because I'm a regular customer, the pizza is good but the customer service is terrible. I will change review when I see a change. Every time I am late with deliveries by at least 15-20 minutes but tonight they really wanted to do it in a big way and from 8.15-8.30pm which had been agreed they delivered my 2 pizzas at 9.20pm. Basically ONE HOUR LATE. After calling twice to find out if the pizzas had gone missing, the answer was that they were a little late.. But okay? Come on? Plus, if I order a pizza at 8.30pm, it's not like the deliveries have to start at 8.30pm... They have to be delivered at 8.30pm!! I conclude by underlining that after practically an hour's delay it was the minimum to give a discount or offer a coke... I don't know, any extra attention towards the customer after such a disgrace... but above all if you are late you need to NOTIFY the people who are there waiting, who perhaps have organized something or who had plans for the evening which evidently were ruined by the late pizzas.

02/04/2025: The lasagna was frozen, certainly industrial, and reheated before serving it to the table. It was piping hot but one side completely still freezing so having it microwaved didn't work.

08/04/2025: Happened by chance they have a fantastic wholemeal briosch!!! I just find it anomalous that there is very little space left to those who want to consume standing at the counter... you are almost punished... basically they want you to sit down

15/03/2025: I don't think I have enough adjectives to describe the goodness of the single portions of this place. My favorite is the Framboise Noir which is the best you can ask for from a single portion. Superlative! The kindness and professionalism that is perceived in this place is rare. Really recommended to try for those who haven't been lucky enough to enter yet.

23/03/2025: What can I say, .... this restaurant manages to maintain the same excellent quality of the dishes offered over time, a clean and well-kept environment, well-set tables, excellent service in terms of quality, courtesy, availability and affability of the staff. Debora always top notch towards me 😉. A place that I always recommend to friends and acquaintances.
