12/09/2025: Exceptional food, the best pizza I've had in Perugia, but the service needs improvement. The owner is rude: he insists on cash payment only so he doesn't have to print a receipt, and then when asked to pay by card, he responded abruptly.
I've also tried other Mediterranea pizzerias in the city center and haven't encountered this problem there; so I'm wondering: is the owner the biggest problem? As for the waiters, I found them adequate for the type of environment they work in—that is, polite enough for a less than professional environment. Based on my experience, I'd return just for the pizza, not the service.
21/08/2025: La Mediterránea is the best pizzeria in Perugia. Don't hesitate to try this restaurant. Every time I've been to Perugia, I've never missed their exquisite pizzas.

10/10/2025: In my opinion, it's the best ice cream shop in Gubbio and the surrounding area. They change the ingredients in their ice cream and yogurt every year. Prices are very good, and the quality/price ratio is top-notch!

20/10/2025: I'm amazed that a place like this, with at least 30 seats, doesn't have restrooms! Two small yogurts and a small ice cream cost almost €9 (without any service).
01/09/2025: Perfect for enjoying frozen yogurt right away or a dessert to take home, even in single-serving portions.
Takeaway yogurt and toppings are also available.

28/10/2025: It's a 15th-century farmhouse with no neighbors. It has very few rooms and a stunning landscape. The chef's cuisine is respectful of the purest Tuscan tradition. The Brunello is excellent. They speak several languages. Not to be missed!!!
25/10/2025: The area is beautiful, with its atmosphere. I would have expected a different, more family-friendly welcome. That said, the restaurant has a well-maintained atmosphere, traditional dishes, and reasonable prices. The room, however, was a bit awkward, with an uncomfortable shower. A few tweaks and improvements could be made. The place is clean and tidy, if a bit dated. The take-out breakfast was appreciated.

25/11/2025: A place with a very extensive menu that I would recommend for a dinner with a large group.
Overall, the quality isn't the best; you go there on those evenings when you want to eat a lot and spend little.
Personally, over the years, I've seen a steady decline, with sandwiches becoming increasingly bland and poorly made.
On the plus side, they serve you fairly quickly, and the prices are good for what you get.

And I can only add that in every bite of gelato you can taste the heart, the search for the best products, and the passion that goes into making it. 30/10/2025: We visited as a family and were very disappointed by the behaviour of the woman who served us. She was rude, impatient, and showed no willingness to assist while we were simply taking a moment to choose our gelati.
Although the products were good, such poor customer service completely ruined the experience. Unfortunately, we will not return and cannot recommend this place.
