28/10/2025: It's a 15th-century farmhouse with no neighbors. It has very few rooms and a stunning landscape. The chef's cuisine is respectful of the purest Tuscan tradition. The Brunello is excellent. They speak several languages. Not to be missed!!!

25/10/2025: The area is beautiful, with its atmosphere. I would have expected a different, more family-friendly welcome. That said, the restaurant has a well-maintained atmosphere, traditional dishes, and reasonable prices. The room, however, was a bit awkward, with an uncomfortable shower. A few tweaks and improvements could be made. The place is clean and tidy, if a bit dated. The take-out breakfast was appreciated.

25/07/2026: Spectacular location, tables under gazebos with a wonderful view of the Umbrian hills, an elegant yet relaxing atmosphere, impeccable service, and professional staff. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the dishes delicious, prepared with great care, and the wines produced on site are truly excellent. Even the bill, while not cheap, would be in keeping with the restaurant's caliber. But lunch should also do something else: fill you up. The first courses must have contained about 30 grams of pasta, and the second course contained four bites of meat, literally. We were five men, normal people and not obsessive overeaters, but we all left with the same appetite we had entered with. I understand the philosophy of haute cuisine: enhancing quality, avoiding excess. But here they're overdoing it; the courses are just tasters. In the end, we said to ourselves: "Very good... but we should have had lunch before coming here." It's a real shame, because the restaurant would have deserved five stars without hesitation. Normal portions would have sufficed, without distorting the cuisine. As a result, I also consider the price inadequate, not for the quality of the food but for the hunger one feels when it comes to paying.

13/07/2026: Beautiful location near Todi. We were on our way to Viterbo and stopped here for dinner. It's a wonderful place; we even bought a bottle of their wine because we'd tasted it at dinner. They also sell jewelry made from wine corks. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

A huge thank you to the staff at Bella Ischia in Piazza del Grano for their extraordinary helpfulness: despite the late hour, they accommodated us and seated us at our table at 10:30 PM without a single problem and with extreme kindness. The quality of the food rounded out the evening perfectly. The panuozzo is simply extraordinary—light, crispy dough, and perfectly topped—but the pizzas are also truly exceptional, in true Neapolitan style, with the freshest ingredients and a soft, digestible crust. The fried foods served as an appetizer are also excellent and light. Quick, efficient service, and a flexibility that is not at all a given these days. Excellent value.

I arrive at the ice cream shop at 10:50 a.m., and the sign says it opens at 11 a.m. There's an employee inside, but despite the 93°F (34°C) temperature, I wait until 11:10 with my 4-year-old daughter, just to avoid rushing them. At 11:10, the shop is still closed, so I knock and the employee comes out. "What do you want? We're closed." I point out that the sign says it opens at 11 a.m., and he's annoyed and asks me what I want again (it's an ice cream shop, who knows what I could possibly ask for...). When I say we'd like two ice creams, the response is this: "We don't have any ice creams, only the ones already made in a glass." If there's a sign with an opening time, you have to be available at the scheduled time. THANK YOU for making my 4-year-old daughter wait needlessly in 93°F (34°C) temperatures!!!

12/05/2026: This review is only for the restaurant. They were beyond rude. They asked if it was just us two and when I said yes he said by the tv. The only clean table there was a 4 top so we sat there. They rudely told us no for two there and sent us to a filthy table. Ok fine. 5 minutes later they came to clean the table then threw menus down and walked away. 10 minutes later we walked out. If you are not Italian or don't speak fluent Italian is absurd this place. Another couple came in while this was going on with is and they were taken care of quickly.

12/05/2026: I stopped by for dinner for a pizza: good, with just the right amount of toppings, but a little too thin for my taste. Spacious dining rooms. Affordable prices. Staff a bit cold.
