02/04/2024: eravamo praticamente da soli il che non era un anticipazione incoraggiante.. ed invece.. ottimo polipo con patate come antipasto, pennette alla norcina squisite, gnocchi con il pesce fantastici e baccalà alla umbra speciale! ed anche il prezzo di 65 euro ottimo

07/02/2024: Tried it in the summer. A corner of true paradise, a dream location where you can dine directly in front of the hill on which Todi stands, it almost feels like you can touch it with your hands. Unique peace, relaxation and quiet! Dinner was definitely good. The most impressive thing is the excellent quality/price ratio. We had an appetizer based on courgette flowers stuffed with goat's ricotta with courgette cream and freshly grated truffle on the plate. A truly well made dish, the best of the evening. Followed by a good first course based on homemade strangozzi with truffles. "Only" normal was the large selection of cheeses that I took as a second course, as well as the plate of Cinta ham produced by them taken by my partner and the dessert, a sort of lemon pastry. The evening was positively enriched by an excellent Orvieto Classico Superiore produced by Palazzone. Also very interesting is the vast selection of coffees from various parts of the world (Himalaya, Jamaica....). Finally I allowed myself to end the evening with a fantastic 1974 Bas Armagnac! Sublime.

Bastano queste parole credo per far capire che è stata un'esperienza nuova e incredibile quella provata da Fiorfiore, tanti tanti complimenti allo chef o alla chef

02/02/2024: Cena sublime, tartare iniziale molto sfiziosa. Non consiglierei il maialino perché troppo speziato con finocchietto, bisognerebbe magari indicarlo nel menu. Per il resto tutto ottimo

07/05/2024: I was with my girlfriend for the May 1st long weekend in Umbria and having passed through Perugia we decided to trust this pizzeria. We took 2 savory Maritozzi, 4 slices of pan and a classic pizza. Starting from the two husbands (even if they were served after the pan because Andrea decided that way) the best was the one with caponata, the other with scampi and lime was anything but salty, it was sweet. among the pan pizzas we chose "mari e monti" a good combination but compared to the topping it seemed like we were only eating pasta, it was very often the slice. The disappointment of the evening was the contemporary octopus and potato pizza, the potatoes seemed to have been thrown there by chance, but then I didn't finish it because I found a piece of glass, he had offered to make it again but I wouldn't have eaten a whole pizza, it would have been It was a waste, we took two cheesecakes (which were offered to us). I gave 1 star for the service also because when I showed the splinter the waitress told me she couldn't see. I would have preferred if he had offered pizza rather than dessert. If you expect more than a normal pizzeria you have to be impeccable. I wouldn't recommend it.

06/04/2024: 1 star only because I couldn't go any further down. we waited standing for an hour to get the (booked) table, and another hour to start eating the mixed fried food, unseasoned, and above all with a taste that made one want to vomit. pizza not so bad... after two hours of waiting we would have probably eaten the table too, soft edge, I'll probably feel it for days! on a positive note, the water was good, but was initially served without glasses. we will definitely not return

13/03/2024: I'm from Milan, I've lived half my life in Paolo Sarpi, Milan's Chinatown, and I moved to Umbria three years ago. Chinese cuisine, the authentic one, is a great passion of mine. Well, without WANG, it would be despair for me. WANG please open in Foligno too, under my house would be better. Note of merit in no particular order: pak choi, grilled ravioli (although I would have liked them without sweet and sour sauce but with vinegar and soy) and lemon fish soup, this truly amazing. Super nice and kind blonde waitress.

15/10/2023: In occasione di un weekend a Cascia abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una giornata indimenticabile in questo agriturismo. Posto bellissimo immerso nel verde con uno splendido panorama! Accoglienza unica staff disponibile e gentile! Menù con ampia scelta noi optiamo per un tagliere di salumi e formaggi squisito e di ottima qualità, continuiamo con due primi pappardelle al cinghiale e tagliatelle con funghi porcini entrambi ottimi concludiamo con un dolce!! Tutto ottimo e abbondante con prezzi onesti!!! Complimenti ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

01/10/2023: Dopo esattamente 3 anni sono tornato a trovare Stefania e il suo agriturismo insieme ai miei cari per un pranzo domenicale. Ormai è il nostro ristorante quando passiamo da queste parti. Complimenti a Stefania e al suo staff per continuare a portare avanti con sacrificio questo piccolo angolo di paradiso. Bravissimi.

09/03/2024: Ho cenato con affettati e torta al testo ed una grigliata, pranzato il giorno successivo con una pasta alla norcina. Tutto buono e curato con semplicità. Staff disponibile e molto attento ad eventuali tolleranze. Ci ritornerei senz'altro.

26/10/2023: Perché ci vai? Ma soprattutto perché ci torni? Scoperto alcuni anni fa per caso, il chiosco vamos per me è una tappa fissa tutte le volte che torno ad Assisi ed ho voglia di mangiare bene, rilassarmi al fresco e scambiare quattro chiacchiere in allegria. Cominciamo col dire che Mario e la sua famiglia sono di un calore, simpatia e gentilezza unici. Il posto è incantevole, un piccolo e ben curato boschetto nel cuore di Assisi a due passi dalla Basilica. E poi vogliamo parlare degli ingredienti? Mario è un maniaco della qualità, sempre alla ricerca delle materie prime migliori, un perfezionista del gusto e degli abbinamenti e ci tiene, se interessato come me, a descriverne le caratteristiche. Le pitte cosentine preparate giornalmente hanno il profumo delle cose buone fatte come un tempo, con sapienza e attenzione ancora una volta maniacali. Questa, amici miei, è passione e non semplice ristorazione.
