04/04/2024: We booked with my family through "the fork" for Saturday dinner. Very welcoming and well-kept environment, it conveys that they care. The food was also very good, my family and I tried various things including octopus carpaccio, spaghetti with clams and more, all well seasoned and fresh. Waiting times not too long, unfortunately in my opinion some behaviors and attitudes on the part of the owner should be "reviewed" I won't go into details because I don't want to dwell on it but in other reviews on the service, I agree with what I read after being there. There are indoor and outdoor tables and there is a bathroom. One of the significant flaws in my opinion is the €3 cover charge per person (includes bag with bread and service) I find it a bit excessive, however also considering the prices of drinks (water €3 each filled ultra-filtered 75ml) and food they are a little higher than average. 20% discount applied with the fork, not on drinks (as also written on the site) and covered.

Hotel Kursaal Umbria Restaurant

25/10/2023: My friend stayed in 2022 as we had screwed up a villa booking in the area on a road trip. When we met up again he was raving about the hotel and a seafood restaurant. So 8 of us decided to have a short stay there in October 2023. What a lovely little, family run hotel. The rooms weren't massive but adequate, clean and a good bed. There was a fan, air conditioning, a nice balcony and the bathroom was good with a large shower.
Bruno was very friendly and helped us a lot with Taxis & trains etc.Carlos his right hand man was also a really nice guy in fact all the staff were very polite and friendly.
The restaurant and food were good and the breakfast had a good choice.
Its right on the lake side so in summer with the pool etc it would be bussing.
09/10/2023: The perfect location by the lake, wonderful atmosphere and very understanding staff. The risotto vongle was delicious and the cappuccinos in the morning were fantastic.
My wife and I will definitely come here again.

23/07/2023: Posto davvero carino. Qualità/Prezzo ok.. ma purtroppo Servizio da rivedere. Partendo dal fatto che la comanda è stata sbagliata (ma può succedere) infatti non è questo il problema.. Appena le persone si accomodano si portano subito le bevande e il pane, chiesto 3 volte e mai arrivato.. portano prima il vino, e l'acqua dopo 20 minuti su mia richiesta (Ovviamente già stata ordinata all'inizio) . Tempistiche sbagliate.. il mio compagno aveva finito di mangiare da più di mezz'ora quando è arrivato il mio piatto..
Nel complesso abbiamo mangiato bene, se non fosse stato per il servizio scadente.

23/07/2023: Pessima organizzazione!
Abbiamo fatto km per arrivare, non ti danno la possibilità di prenotare e quando arrivi (20.15 circa) dicono che hanno finito le pietanze in cucina. Ma come si fa? Per un pezzo di torta al testo con affettati non tieni una scorta? Era anche presto! E non è la prima volta che succede. Sconsigliato! Pessimo!
22/07/2023: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristoro su consiglio di alcuni amici. Una vera oasi di silenzio e fresco. Adiacente anche una bella piscina.
