01/04/2024: Great pizza, super view from terrace, excellent service, really very good.

31/03/2024: Very happy to have followed the indication received from a known person, travelling... local and pleasant environment, good food and value for money. I will return to gradually try the menu items, all inviting to see... including the pizzas and focaccias; having been able to naturally taste "only", as much as possible and even more than possible, in one lunch! Also worth experiencing in the warmer season is the wonderful terrace with a spectacular view of Todi!

05/04/2024: Excellent service, very professional staff, food and wine of excellent quality and reasonable prices. Truly a place worth visiting.

31/03/2024: Very slow. Between the starter and the first course, 1 hour and a half. Room for 40 people. Not possible. The owner justified himself by saying that it was not easy to manage different dishes made on the spot. 🤨 maybe a different organization was needed.

07/02/2024: Tried it in the summer. A corner of true paradise, a dream location where you can dine directly in front of the hill on which Todi stands, it almost feels like you can touch it with your hands. Unique peace, relaxation and quiet! Dinner was definitely good. The most impressive thing is the excellent quality/price ratio. We had an appetizer based on courgette flowers stuffed with goat's ricotta with courgette cream and freshly grated truffle on the plate. A truly well made dish, the best of the evening. Followed by a good first course based on homemade strangozzi with truffles. "Only" normal was the large selection of cheeses that I took as a second course, as well as the plate of Cinta ham produced by them taken by my partner and the dessert, a sort of lemon pastry. The evening was positively enriched by an excellent Orvieto Classico Superiore produced by Palazzone. Also very interesting is the vast selection of coffees from various parts of the world (Himalaya, Jamaica....). Finally I allowed myself to end the evening with a fantastic 1974 Bas Armagnac! Sublime.

29/12/2023: Non avrei mai detto di rimanere letteralmente estasiato da delle verdure.... e poi i sapori dei salumi di cinta senese, e i dolci incredibili! Bastano queste parole credo per far capire che è stata un'esperienza nuova e incredibile quella provata da Fiorfiore, tanti tanti complimenti allo chef o alla chef
