Arrivati a casa e provati, alcuni sono freschi altri più vecchi e secchi dello stesso tipo. L unica che meritava era la torta di pasqua, veramente buona. Pasticceria no assolutamente

17/07/2025: We had delicious homemade Umbrian pasta for lunch. Friendly service, and we were able to sit in the shade in a side alley, which was very pleasant. The coffee was also very good. The restrooms were clean.

09/08/2025: A peaceful haven with untapped potential Relais Il Canalicchio is a place that enchants with its beauty and breathtaking location. The splendid view of the Umbrian hills is truly a panacea for the spirit, and the tranquil, characteristic atmosphere makes your stay a truly relaxing experience. The food is good, and the restaurant's rustic, elegant setting contributes to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. However, a certain sense of decay can be felt, partially obscuring the property's great potential. With more careful maintenance and greater attention to detail, Relais Il Canalicchio could achieve excellence. It would be a real shame not to fully appreciate this gem, which deserves to shine in all its beauty. In short, it's a place I recommend to those seeking tranquility with family and children, good food, and unforgettable views, but with the understanding that some aspects of the property could and should be improved. Not recommended for romantic stays. Ad maiora.

19/05/2025: Thin pizza as I like it, the toppings are right and tasty...and most importantly I no longer have to sleep with 2 liters of water nearby. Very kind staff, the place is clean, the bathroom perfect.

03/09/2025: The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pizza was very good for those who love Umbrian-style pizza—not thick, so to speak. And although I prefer the classic Neapolitan style, I found it good here, even if thin, as is customary here in Umbria.

26/08/2025: My wife (67) and I (67) went to Oste Restaurant and ordered the Dubai Chocolate Labubu with Mango Mustard and I would give it a score of 67/10. It almost made me forget my fear of a job application. Even better, Kendrick Lamar came out of the kitchen and glazed me with his glorious mustard. It was such a unique experience that I would give it a score of 67/10. Then, as a parting gift, Kendrick Lamar honored me with a 67-karat gold Labubu. All in all, the whole experience cost $67.41. I would go back 67 times instead of pulling the 67 Walmart prank.

You look at the dish, you breathe it in, you touch it with a fork, and then… you experience it. When you think that's enough, the fifth sense arrives: emotion. A journey of balance, intuition, and the heart. We began with a genuine octopus accompanied by a pea flan with a delicate surprise. Then came the dish I almost didn't know I was waiting for: the “Pastificio dei Campi” Gragnano risoni with a cream of Mediterranean scampi, garlic, oil, and chili pepper. I had read the menu hastily, mistaking it for a risotto. But at first taste, I understood: those small grains told a story. Of home, of pampering, of childhood. Much more than a dish: a memory, a return. Chef, you hit the mark. Even in the heart. Next up was a grilled sea bass fillet with a zucchini millefeuille alla scapece: harmony and character in every bite. Then came the grilled seasonal vegetables from Agricola Moretti—zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and tomatoes—a sincere ode to simplicity. And finally, the desserts: Limoncello baba with cream and strawberries, soft and intoxicating, a perfect balance of intensity and sweetness, and a coconut mousse with almonds and peaches, which concluded with elegance and freshness. The staff? Welcoming, attentive, but never intrusive. The atmosphere: warm, restrained, and full of care. “I Quattro Sensi” knows how to listen, welcome, and surprise. An experience that leaves a lasting impression—and a desire to return.

27/07/2025: For just €15, I enjoyed a complete and satisfying meal, which to call abundant is an understatement: almost 200 grams of perfectly creamy, flavorful, and perfectly creamy carbonara, followed by a fantastic torta al testo with mortadella, fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside, in true Umbrian tradition. All accompanied by a bottle of water, served with friendliness and without excessive waiting. The restaurant has a simple yet authentic atmosphere, ideal for those looking for a genuine, hearty, and tasty meal without spending a fortune. Unbeatable value. Perfect for a hearty lunch break or a casual dinner with friends. I will definitely be back: it's hard to find such a generous and flavorful carbonara anywhere else at this price! Highly recommended!

25/07/2025: Pranzo di lavoro al Testone rapido e ottima torta al testo fatta come si deve.(ne ho presa una da asporto). Carne alla griglia con verdure e torta, torta ripiena sia di salumi che con verdure. Prezzi onesti.

15/08/2025: Two crepes served with industrial whipped cream, which you didn't even ask for, cost 14 euros... and a small bottle of water, because they don't even offer you a glass, costs 2 euros. Not to mention the sticky floor because a slush had fallen and hadn't been cleaned properly and promptly. Terrible.

29/07/2025: Everything was delicious and excellent value for money. The macchiato was a normal coffee with a bowl of foam and milk, the crepes were served on a tray with a cream flower that looked like a Margherita because it had a hint of syrup in the middle.
