Exquisite food, perfect hospitality, beautiful and refined location. The tartare in particular is truly wonderful; I recommend it because the contrast with the tuna sauce and anchovies is sublime.

Searching for information about this restaurant and its offerings, one finds basic descriptions, but one can easily grasp the uniqueness of the ambiance, both inside and out, and the seasonality of the dishes (hence the attention to ingredients) and the inspiration from tradition. In my opinion, "sea and mountains" is the common thread running through the various offerings, where different ingredients and gastronomic cultures (particularly Umbrian and Sicilian cuisine) find a new identity. For my appetizer, I chose brandy-infused shrimp on a leek cream with Jerusalem artichoke chips: three gradual consistencies, three distinct flavors that ultimately blend perfectly. For the main course, seafood orzotto. Using barley, a typical Umbrian grain, in place of the usual rice, yielded an unexpected result.

Very nice place with a lovely atmosphere. The food didn't live up to the standard. I had a French-style onion soup that was decidedly disappointing.
