12/03/2025: Without words!!! Very kind and friendly owners. The cuisine is EXCELLENT to say the least!!! Exceptional flavors of the past! Instead of bread they served us: white pizza, white pizza with onion and testo cake (as I write this I'm salivating again!)... Sweets from the family pastry shop near the Duomo, where we had two excellent artisanal panettone which we had had a taste of at the restaurant! If you go there on Sunday, remember to ask for something off the menu! That's definitely special too! I ate the Gobbi parmigiana (artichoke cardoons) SIMPLY PERFECT! We also ate the roasted potatoes, among the best EVER!!! We would have eaten them forever!!!

02/03/2025: Excellent quality of food, impeccable service, very kind. We took 3 first courses, creative, beautiful and good. Adequate prices. The room is also really nice.

Ok...the wrong place if you want to avoid sweet surprises...visited Mardi Gras and I truly ate the best strufoli I've tasted so far, soft and wonderful soaked in alchermes (a typical sweet and aromatic bright red liqueur), frappe, also called "chiacchiere", thin and crumbly and finally the castagnole or "brighelle" with chantilly cream, which are madness!!!!, the price is average but the quality is superior to everything. The sales assistants are very nice. My sweet palate thanks you. Thanks and good work.

25/02/2025: Basically the pastries and everything savory, with exceptions, are an explosion of flavors with the right sugar that lets you feel every single taste of the fresh and genuine products! I ate on site and even took the desserts with me in Rome. Excellent! The staff is also very kind and very attentive to aspects. I will definitely be back!

23/02/2025: Small place so booking would be best. Excellent quality-quantity and price ratio. The meat and the 'Gran Varietà' starter are recommended, which also includes bruschetta suitable for vegetarians. The small size of the restaurant favors direct interaction with the owner, who sometimes comes out of the kitchen to illustrate the dishes and talk to the customers.

Desserts are also a must: the homemade Tozzetti and glass of Collina d'Oro Roccafiore passito are amazing! The staff is extremely professional and welcoming, with attention to the customer that immediately makes you feel at home. The suggestions on wines are also excellent, with a well-stocked cellar that ranges from Umbrian and national labels. The environment is elegant and refined, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. 30/03/2025: We arrived in Perugia in the rain and were looking for a restaurant that made round pizza for lunch so we opted for this little restaurant that was a bit hidden but really nice. We were welcomed with courtesy and advised on what to order: a mountain appetizer, two very good pizzas for the little ones, a very good tartare for me and some exquisite desserts. Recommended for those passing through Perugia, we will definitely be back 👍

16/03/2025: The best restaurant in Perugia and one of the best in Italy! An incredible experience! The owner is uniquely kind: he welcomed us warmly, recommended dishes with passion and dedication, and even opened a bottle of wine just for us. You can see that he loves his job, and this care shines through in every detail. The quality of the food is exceptional: first choice ingredients, authentic flavours. We ate fabulous pasta with Umbrian sausage, cream and truffle, as well as a delicious platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Each dish was prepared to perfection. We stayed here for our anniversary and left delighted. The only aspect to consider is the atmosphere: slightly more suitable for families than for an intimate dinner. But this does not change the extraordinary quality of the restaurant. If you are in Perugia and don't come here, you are missing out on a unique experience. Highly recommended!

23/10/2024: Literally unbelievable. Trust me when I say this, if you come here you will not regret it. Firstly, if you haven't been to this town, the view from this place and the look of everything is like something out of the movies. You come over the hill and it's like you've crossed into Switzerland or something. Second, the people are just so amazing. Maria has got to be the kindest, most epic person in the hospitality business we've ever met. She literally will make dinner with the rest of the crew and leave at 10:30 at night and then come back to make breakfast at 8:00 in the morning. If you're traveling around and you have laundry, they will wash and dry and fold your clothes for you. I'm telling you, this place is something else you've never experienced. In the old town, up the hill, you absolutely must to stop at the little bar on the left and visit Roberto, third generation owner of this little bar that was opened 103 years ago.
