The staff is very friendly, but I especially remember Fiorella, a cheerful, sweet, and always available girl who truly makes you feel at home. ❤️ The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the food is exceptional. We will be back with absolute pleasure. ❤️

01/01/2026: A wonderful New Year's Eve, good food (which is not a given when there are events like this), a great idea to have prize games during dinner, and even after dinner was really nice!! The atmosphere was great, and everyone was super kind and friendly!!

09/12/2025: This place was a surprise for us. The pizza is made with quality ingredients. We returned for lunch the next day; the homemade pasta was delicious. The location is stunning, in the woods, among waterfalls and streams, close to the sport fishing lake; you can even see the fish under the restaurant floor. The owners are very kind, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. We'll be back.

31/12/2025: Exceptional food, friendly staff, and very fast service. The burgers were delicious and filling, but not heavy. Shout-out to Ivan- brilliant service. I live abroad and I’m used to good burgers, and Italy isn’t normally where I’d think of burgers… but this totally changed my mind!

25/01/2026: As they say, "a botta sicura" (a sure thing); the French fries are worth the trip, but don't underestimate the rest; even a simple appetizer of cold cuts shows a careful selection of the finest ingredients. Strangozzi are homemade, as are the desserts. A proper wine list is lacking.

28/12/2025: Searching for information about this restaurant and its offerings, one finds basic descriptions, but one can easily grasp the uniqueness of the ambiance, both inside and out, and the seasonality of the dishes (hence the attention to ingredients) and the inspiration from tradition. In my opinion, "sea and mountains" is the common thread running through the various offerings, where different ingredients and gastronomic cultures (particularly Umbrian and Sicilian cuisine) find a new identity. For my appetizer, I chose brandy-infused shrimp on a leek cream with Jerusalem artichoke chips: three gradual textures, three distinct flavors that ultimately blend perfectly. For the main course, seafood orzotto. Using barley, a typical Umbrian grain, in place of the usual rice, yielded an unexpected result.

26/01/2026: I ordered my birthday cake here. I'd asked for a cake for 15 people. I was told it would cost €35 per kg and that for 15 people, the cake would weigh about 2 kg. Unfortunately, five of the guests stood me up the same evening I ordered the cake (two days before my birthday). I promptly called the next morning, as soon as the bakery opened, to explain the inconvenience and ask if they could reduce the size of the cake to accommodate 10 people. I was told there was no problem; on the contrary, I went to the bakery on my birthday to pick up the cake, and that's when the problems began. No one could initially tell me what was wrong with my cake, but they looked at me with concern. I asked for an explanation, and the girl working there told me that by the time I called about the size change, it was too late to change the order (since they'd already ordered the piece of Styrofoam), so they'd made the cake the same size anyway. I hadn't been notified of anything, nor was I informed of it in advance; in fact, as I've already mentioned, I was told there was no problem with the exchange. They presented me with a cake weighing approximately 2.4 kg, telling me they'd deduct the difference for the mistake. According to the bakery, I should have paid €115 for the cake, and they did me the "favor" of deducting this infamous difference, which was only €10. I paid because I needed the cake for a few hours, but once I got home and took the cake out of the box to look at it better (I should point out that I live very close to the bakery, so the journey from the bakery to my house was very short), I noticed that all the little hearts on the cake were melted and looked terrible, and the writing was also slightly faded against the white background. I paid €105 for a cake of the wrong size, ruined, and which, according to the advertised prices (€35 per kg), should have cost me €84 for 2.4 kg of cake. When my mother got home, she called the bakery to inquire about the high price, but no one was able to clarify the situation, suggesting we call again in the following days. The cake was delicious, but it was a shame about the service, the dishonesty, and the appearance, which somewhat ruined the photos. We felt quite cheated. I'm sorry, but we won't be returning.
