19/06/2025: Very kind staff, very good food, really top

18/06/2025: Very welcoming place, well-kept and clean. Kind and helpful staff. I am celiac and there are very few places in Perugia where I can eat well and in complete safety. In the summer the atmosphere becomes even more suggestive with the setting of the tables outside, in the beautiful and elegant street next to the place, where you can admire the architectural beauty of the buildings and, even if you are in the center outdoors, have a private location. I did not appreciate much the "do it yourself" ordering that they have adopted for a year, and the prices have increased in recent times, perhaps a little too high to eat a pizza, unfortunately, and the portion of chips has instead dropped quite a bit. Too bad, even if the increase in prices is a general widespread phenomenon

26/05/2025: I go in and ask: "do you have lactose-free mozzarella?" and they say: of course, there's only one left! So I take a lactose-free margherita, €7.50. One euro more than the normal margherita, but I accept it, it doesn't have lactose, right? No way. I've been sitting on the toilet for three hours. I had a birthday today, I won't be able to go because I'm too busy trying NOT to SHIT MYSELF

15/05/2025: Exceptional pizza of its kind, TOP ingredients, truly excellent, delicious even reheated the next day! Laura and all the staff are helpful and professional. Every time I go back they are a guarantee. Having a pizza of this quality every time is not for every pizza chef!

17/06/2025: They are not pizzas... They are masterpieces!!!! Andrea if he were a painter would also be successful in this field... But for our happiness... I hope he stays to make his wonderful pizza... The price!?!...... For the quality it has it is worth it!!!!!!! What can I say...... Taste a masterpiece

27/05/2025: We had one of the most unforgettable and authentic experiences of our entire holiday in Umbria thanks to Simone and Mara, the wonderful couple behind Mr Cici in Spoleto. While staying at a nearby Borgo, Simone came to host a private pizza-making evening—and the pizza was so good, our son devoured three margherita pizzas! We were very interested in learning how to make pizza from scratch, and to our surprise, Simone and Mara warmly invited us into their kitchen for a private pizza lesson. It was spontaneous, genuine, and deeply memorable. Mara, who lived in Australia for 8 years and speaks perfect English, made us feel instantly at home. Both she and Simone are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about food, and run an impeccably clean, welcoming kitchen. As we cooked, staff members came and went, and it was clear Mr Cici is more than a restaurant—it’s a family. What truly made it special was how they included our children (ages 6 and 9), who were completely enamored with Simone and Mara and are still talking about them! It was a magical experience we’ll always remember. Thank you, Simone and Mara, for your kindness, your warmth, and your incredible pizza. We hope to return one day!

01/05/2025: Sud Osteria è un posto magico. Opzioni anche veg ottime, bio e saporite. Ma la cosa più bella è l'accoglienza, il potersi sentire in un luogo con il piacere di stare e sentirsi bene, e soprattutto con tanta voglia di tornarci.

01/05/2025: Small place with few indoor seats but excellent indoor seating and a good place to eat something quick. There are few dishes available but they are good. The service was very fast and the owners were very courteous.
