19/10/2025: The staff is unsuitable for the workload. As soon as we arrived, we read the receipt at the register. We went to the register to get the receipt, but the cashier told us to go directly to the cafeteria and get our drinks, then get the receipt. The girl taking orders at the cafeteria complained about an order for a latte macchiato with foam and a ginseng cappuccino with little foam, after she treated the lady in front of me rudely, to say the least. We also needed to get some sweet peaches. When we got to the counter, the girl working the peach counter told us to get the receipt first, an almost surreal situation. If you're having a bad day, I definitely don't recommend going.

19/10/2025: The woman who takes orders at the coffee shop should change jobs. She's exhausted, rude, and, most importantly, incapable of doing her job. She doesn't consider you to be busy with so many things and constantly gets things wrong, making mistakes. She made a mistake with the customer before us, and the same with us. She even blamed us for not telling her the cappuccino was ginseng when my boyfriend actually made it. Next time, learn to do one thing at a time instead of a thousand, because even one at a time won't work. She was also rude at the end, telling us our order was a complete mess. It's a real shame she's there because the products are very good, but the way they treat you makes you never want to come back.

20/10/2025: Welcoming place, very good food, and top-notch service. We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The restaurant manager immediately made us feel at ease in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

25/09/2025: We went here with a group of nine people because the restaurant was recommended in the magazine, falstaff, which is a specialized wine magazine. The wine selection indeed was very comprehensive. However, as we ordered a 40 year old red wine, they did not have a decanter. I was very surprised by that. Also they regularly forgot to pour the wine and simply opened the wine bottle and left it on the table 😂 with some bottles we ordered being at 100-200 eur each. Very weird. The food was good the location was amazing. I have to say is that the service was absolutely unprofessional and rude in part. The guy who was serving us, was boarder line annoyed with every request.

03/11/2025: Nice restaurant, but otherwise a bit disappointing. The welcome was unfriendly: the waitress seemed annoyed because, just five minutes after we'd been handed the menu, we still weren't ready to order. Around 2:45 PM, they were already sweeping the tables with brooms and dustpans, giving the impression of trying to ask customers to leave, even though many were still eating. Furthermore, the risotto arrived just five minutes after we'd ordered, which was unusual for a dish that requires a certain amount of cooking, and the result was rather mediocre. Bathroom tip: The figurine should be purely decorative, not a soap container. It's neither hygienic nor practical to reach for soap from an open object by inserting your hands inside; this solution should be reconsidered.

20/08/2025: Excellent food and reasonable prices! Very well-kept location! It's a shame it was a rainy evening.

20/08/2025: Dinner with friends; they let us sit inside because it had just rained outside. The interior was very quaint, with well-preserved and beautifully arranged cupboards and period furniture. The food was simply perfect: prosciutto al taglio with focaccia, spaghetti with pesto and zucchini flowers, meatballs with pecorino cheese... and the side dishes! Everything was exceptional!

07/12/2025: I'll start with the fact that I had booked for 8:30 PM, and when I arrived with my girlfriend at 8:27 PM (I think the owner) with a grumpy expression told us that it was too early, however, she made us wait and then accompanied us to the table on the veranda, which was located near the entrance door, it was quite cold, at which point I politely asked if it was possible to have another table, but the response was not only negative but also rude... I didn't even want to order because I just can't stand being served in such an inhumane manner!

06/11/2025: Nice and clean place, attentive and friendly staff, good food, we were served on time. Good wine and beer list (I'd recommend a Grimbergen Double). We had appetizers and pizza, among other things (I had a really good 4-cheese pizza).

17/10/2025: passion... in every bite I felt this who kneads and bakes knows... an experience definitely worth repeating to continue discovering.

11/10/2025: As soon as we can, my wife and I take 1.5 hours to get there and the same amount to get back. Isn't that enough? Okay. The best Rocciata we've found so far in all of Umbria. The Torta della Nonna is heartwarming. The tozzetti are excellent, variegated and soft. Everything is truly excellent, at fair prices.

09/09/2025: When I return to Bevagna there is never a time that I don't stop at this place, everything is really good.

16/10/2025: Had a great dinner here. Service was excellent. The Tagliolini al Tartufo and pasta Cinghiale were awesome. The anti pasta Misto di Mare was also excellent. Had a wonderful $16 bottle of white wine. Overall a great experience!

12/10/2025: Typical Umbrian pasta with asparagus in a pretty square. Very good, but not exceptional.

13/09/2025: Ordered three pizzas with globe at 5.40pm arrived at 8.30pm which were burnt and Cosenza a coca cola product on the phone they don't answer result NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

02/12/2025: Exceptional pinsa. I also tried the mixed platter and the trio of mini burgers. Really good. Highly recommended.

17/11/2025: Excellent dinner at this restaurant nestled in the historic center of Spoleto. The food is good and plentiful. The price is also excellent. The pinsa dough is exceptional, crispy and light. I was informed that the mozzarella fiordilatte is made with vegetable rennet, which is great news for vegetarians. The waiter was very helpful.

04/10/2025: We stumbled upon this hidden gem on our way to Florence, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully serene. The staff were incredibly welcoming/accommodating, and the views were nothing short of breathtaking. We’d return in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends!

23/11/2025: My favorite pizza. Thin and crispy. Very friendly staff.

15/11/2025: Overall, the pizza was good, the thin-crust one that many people like, but it's a matter of taste. I recommend checking the tables every now and then; I had to call the waiter from afar several times because some items were missing. It took 20 minutes for a coffee. Children were running around the room, screaming and making a nuisance, but no one intervened. The owner should have told their parents. We couldn't wait to leave.

17/09/2025: The place is spacious and, in my opinion, nicely decorated. The food, in my opinion, is good, with a wide selection for both raw food eaters and non-raw eaters. What I really like about this place is the complete absence of fried food odors in the room. In other places, I've noticed it from outside. The only negative, if I may say so, is the ordering method. I'd suggest a tablet, like many other places. I think that may have been the reason why, today in particular, there must have been some issues, and we kept receiving dishes we'd ordered but had already been eaten. Twice, the waitress came back with full plates. We explained that they'd already been brought to us, and without any fuss, she took them back to the counter. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
