18/08/2024: Relaxation, nature, tranquility and kindness, in addition to the enchanting and evocative panorama. The village is very clean and quiet, the staff is kind and attentive to the needs and requests of the customer... both swimming pools are large and clean, overlooking the Umbrian hills, a fabulous sunset, the restaurant is a little expensive, but the food is excellent. I would only improve the breakfast, adding a few more typical local products, but nevertheless excellent and plentiful overall. Large, clean and fragrant rooms, I would add something extra in the minibar in the room.

18/08/2024: The concept of the relais is very beautiful, you feel like you are in a royal country estate, it has a beautiful swimming pool and the common interiors are very well looked after. What made people turn up their noses was the maintenance and cleanliness of the room. On the bedside table there was a half-drunk bottle of still water. The bathroom should be cleaned and maintained better: -the sink plug was stuck inside the pipe and you could see the dirt; -the tub was ruined by some acid like Mr Muscle and in fact the drain was a bit slow -taps full of limestone A shame to fall for such simple and obvious things as cleanliness, because the place and the view really deserve so much.

31/07/2024: Due giorni di relax assoluto. Una locanda dal sapore di altri tempi rivisitati da una donna energica ma dal carattere dolce al tempo stesso. Spiegava le varie succulente pietanze in un modo tale che le gustavi ancora prima di assaggiarlo. Le camere erano arredate in modo perfetto, non mancava nulla, anche l'aria condizionata che in un sito non era menzionata. Il posto stupendo, un'altra dimensione. Un borgo di altri tempi che vale la pena di visitare. Per finire la Locanda Cacio Re merita di essere gustata

27/06/2024: Appena fuori le mura del meraviglioso borgo di Vallo di Nera, si trova questo magnifico ristorante caratteristico immerso nel verde e con un panorama mozzafiato sulla Valnerina. Il locale è splendido, molto curato e pulito, composto da sala interna ben arredata e tavoli esterni nel giardino con copertura. Ci siamo accomodati ad un tavolo della sala, accolti dalla proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile, con cui, durante la nostra permanenza, abbiamo avuto una piacevole conversazione. Per il nostro pranzo abbiamo ordinato i seguenti piatti: strangozzi Cacio Re con guanciale e pecorino, agnello di montagna agli aromi, cicoria di campo aglio e peperoncino, biscottini con calice di Sagrantino passito, profitterol alla crema e cioccolato, calice di vino Montefalco e caffè: fantastico!!!! Tutto straordinario, gusto sublime, materia prima di alta qualità e cucinata a regola d'arte: che dire, i nostri sensi sono stati colpiti da tanta bontà, siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi!!! Servizio impeccabile e rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo!! Sicuramente un ristorante super consigliato, un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!!!

26/08/2024: A very nice place to eat the big head. It's really delicious. You can also find other types of dishes, such as meat, sausages, potato and vegetable side dishes. The service was excellent, everyone was kind and helpful.

19/08/2024: Typical Neapolitan smell, eaten outside Naples... the one made in Naples, you can only find it there with a 100x100 flavour. Anyway this isn't bad!

16/08/2024: I've been coming here for a couple of years to eat pizza and the famous babbà, but unfortunately this year it left me wanting. The rubbery pizza and the slightly soaked babbà with very little Nutella (since it has the option without anything or with cream and Nutella which costs a little more) compared to when I always went there. I honestly won't go back again.

30/06/2024: The best sushi in the area, served in abundance according to the now tried and tested "all you can eat" formula. Ordering is done by marking the chosen dishes on a piece of paper. The environment is pleasant, especially the outside area, which is quieter in summer since they turn on the TV inside.
