The bathroom is really well-designed, equipped with toilet paper, a lock, running water that turns on automatically via a sensor, and hot water dryers. There are even aids for disabled people, which is not a given, and I must say I really appreciated it.

Delicious pinsas, very crispy and tasty fried foods, very friendly staff both in person and over the phone, location close to the city center and very convenient for the university. 07/02/2026: An ideal place for those who want to enjoy prime meat paired with excellent vegetable and side dish combinations. We found the atmosphere warm and welcoming, the staff attentive even to the needs of the little ones, and the sweet owner made us feel right at home. Also recommended for its location, just steps from Perugia's historic center.

05/01/2026: A charming place, surrounded by nature. The room was spotless, and the location was strategic for reaching various places of interest. 03/11/2025: While vacationing in central Italy, we stumbled upon this place by chance—a wonderful discovery! A quiet spot in the Perugia hills, where we were warmly welcomed by Antonella. She's attentive to her guests' needs and always available, friendly, charming, and cheerful! We stayed in the fall, when the pool was closed; summer must be even more relaxing and beautiful! Close to Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, and other towns, so a great location! Recommended.
