01/04/2025: We have been traveling in Italy for about a week and this was the best restaurant we have been to so far. We went there solely because it was near the hotel and did not have any expectation, but we were completely blown away! Food was amazing, service outstanding and fairly priced. We will go back before we head to our next destination! 10/10 recommend!

08/04/2025: Today Tuesday 8 April 2025 I go to this Bar LE DELIZIE by J&G in via Ponte alle Mosse in Florence, I notice that the bar/pastry shop is run by Peruvians, I politely ask for a coffee and a chocolate biscuit, one of the two Peruvian girls treats me and looks at me with conceit and with annoyance towards me, "obviously without any reason" I imagine that for a bar/pastry shop the customer is the strong point therefore he should be treated with velvet gloves and not in this vulgar and rude way. It's a shame because the environment overall seems welcoming, the little I've tasted is average, nothing sensational but the approach to the customer is nothing short of INSUFFICIENT and SHAMEFUL!!!

23/03/2025: I was there today with my mom, we just stopped for a coffee and the girl who if I'm not mistaken is called Erica was very kind and as we know it's not something that happens often nowadays to see hospitality and kindness. The 5 stars are for her even if I'm sure the food is good but I will not miss the opportunity to go back when I happen to be in the center of Florence
15/03/2025: The place, apart from being quite expensive for what it offers, wouldn't even be bad but the owner's dislike makes it unusable for me.
I remember once, during the summer, I ordered a wrap and the owner refused to heat my piadina because in that heat he certainly couldn't turn on the plate. Obviously the piadina was rubbery, cold and inedible. Truly absurd.
If it changes management maybe I'll give it another chance.
Edit after owner's reply:
I assure you that a pre-cooked piadina, taken out of the fridge and not heated, is inedible and rubbery, any low level bar heats a piadina before serving it.
Thank you for your interest in my happiness, since I haven't been back to your place for my lunch break I'm quite happy overall.
I repeat that it is a shame that a place with potential, a beautiful environment and a good food offering, is ruined by the arrogance and antipathy of the owner who, by the way, proves himself to be such in every response he gives to every review that indicates some problem.
Perhaps before managing a business it would be a good idea to learn how to deal with the public: her acid answers qualify her without having to add anything else.

16/03/2025: Ieri siamo stati in 3 a pranzo, io, mia moglie e una amica. Contrariamente ad altre volte, dove eravamo rimasti soddisfatti, i piatti che abbiamo cinsumati non sono stati all'altezza delle attese. Le orecchiette erano in una salsa di pomodoro fin troppo abbondante e di poco gusto, la ricotta salata in superficie non saporita. Insomma un piatto non all'altezza. Anche le alici fritte di poco sapore.

30/03/2025: Il mio collega c’è già stato e sapendo che sono Salentino, mi inviata a mangiare in un posto dove fanno panzerotti
Il locale è ben curato e gestito da una bella e simpatica signora che conosce il mestiere dell’ospitalità, gentile ed attenta, ti consiglia le sue prelibatezze
Il buffet è molto ricco, ci sono panzerotti al forno, già pronti che ti riscalda al microonde, una vasta gamma di biscotti secchi e torte
Noi chiaramente scegliamo quelli fritti, che sono fatti al momento in base alla tua scelta
Io inizio con un classico, mozzarella e pomodoro come il calzone che si fa in Salento, poi voglio assaggiarne uno con la ‘nduja, scamorza e pomodoro
Il mio collega va di piccante e di friarielli e salsiccia
Arrivano già tagliati a metà, in Salento ti sparerebbero, ma credo lo facciano per presentarli bene e per farli raffreddare un po’, ci sta, va bene
Al morso noto una strana, ma piacevole croccantezza esterna della pasta lievitata, che aggiunge un po’ di dolcezza all’impasto, ma che non disturba, mi rendo conto subito che sono passati nel pan grattato prima di andare in frittura, devo dire che è stata una piacevole variante ai ns calzoni, che però ha il suo perché, intanto non li trovi dappertutto e se li ami come li amo io, o trovi il pizzaiolo salentino che lavora a Firenze nel mio ristorante del cuore, L’Antica trattoria dell’Oca, che te li fa, altrimenti devi venire in Salento
Facciamo un altro giro per finire la buona birra, io prendo quello con la scarola, molto molto buono ed il mio collega uno super condito
Ci alziamo per pagare e ci domandiamo come chiudere il pranzo, un dolcino secco ai fichi, ci andrebbe, poi la signora ci consiglia dei panzerotti fritti dolci, sapendo di aver già vinto conosce presto la ns risposta, il con la crema, lui con la nutella
Anche questi fritti al momento, zuccherati sulla scorza, peccato x la crema fredda, ma erano notevoli anche in versione dolce
Un ottimo caffè di marca, insolito da trovare in giro, dato il costo, a chiudere il tutto

The place is well-kept and managed by a beautiful and friendly lady who knows the hospitality profession, kind and attentive, she recommends her delicacies
The buffet is very rich, there are baked panzerotti, ready to heat in the microwave, a wide range of dry biscuits and cakes
We obviously choose the fried ones, which are made on the spot based on your choice
I start with a classic, mozzarella and tomato like the calzone that is made in Salento, then I want to try one with ‘nduja, scamorza and tomato
My colleague goes for spicy and with broccoli and sausage
They arrive already cut in half, in Salento they would shoot you, but I think they do it to present them well and to let them cool a bit, it's okay, it's fine
When bitten I notice a strange, but pleasant external crunchiness of the leavened dough, which adds a little sweetness to the dough, but that doesn't it bothers me, I immediately realize that they were passed in breadcrumbs before going to fry, I have to say that it was a pleasant variation on our calzones, which however has its reasons, first of all you don't find them everywhere and if you love them as much as I do, or find the Salento pizza chef who works in Florence in my favorite restaurant, L'Antica trattoria dell'Oca, who makes them for you, otherwise you have to come to Salento
Let's take another round to finish the good beer, I take the one with escarole, very very good and my colleague a super seasoned one
We get up to pay and wonder how to end the lunch, a dry fig dessert, it would go, then the lady recommends sweet fried panzerotti, knowing that she has already won she soon knows our answer, with cream, he with Nutella
These too fried on the spot, sugared on the rind, shame about the cold cream, but they were also remarkable in the sweet version
An excellent branded coffee, unusual to find around, given the cost, to close all
I think they will see us again soon

I was contacted by Saverio, Area Manager of Zushi, who with great courtesy and correctness, after checking with the restaurant, explained to me all the problems I encountered and reported in this review.
I wrote this review in the hope of improving the service and so it was, so with satisfaction I am changing my review to a positive one. I leave what I wrote above here to help understand the professionalism demonstrated by the restaurant which has made its mistakes an opportunity to improve, giving the right attention to the customer and transforming a negative experience into a positive one.
Well done, and thanks especially to Mr. Saverio.
I will definitely try the restaurant again.
**PREVIOUS REVIEW**
Absolutely not recommended for home orders.
I ordered a delivery via a delivery platform and a dish arrived incomplete and with an unmarked ingredient.
The salmon was missing, it was simply finished as was later clarified to me over the phone, which surprises me given that we are talking about one of the most renowned and expensive sushi restaurants in Florence, but above all it amazes me that it was arbitrarily replaced with another ingredient.
In the usual dish there was tuna that was not directly indicated in the ingredients list.
I contacted the restaurant who told me that for the salmon, they would give me three nigiri on my next order, all I had to do was verbally say to add them and they would do it (giving me the idea of something said to quickly satisfy and close the issue even if I recognize a minimal attempt to recover the error) for the unreported ingredient, it was pointed out to me that Zushi sauce was indicated which is tuna sauce, so it had been reported but in my opinion not directly because I had no way of verifying what it was contained within it, and furthermore I was told that the platform is not reliable, placing the blame on them.
When I pointed out that due to their mistakes I would not be having dinner, I was told by the lady who introduced herself as a restaurant manager that she was sorry, and that before placing any further orders I would have to call to ask for confirmation of everything.
Personally I believe that if a restaurant relies on a third party for a delivery service, it is its responsibility to clearly indicate the ingredients present in the dish and it is its responsibility to cancel the order or communicate with the customer if this cannot be completed as requested by the customer (I also pointed this out to the manager, the response was that yes I was right but that it had all happened in a moment of chaos and it had happened that way by mistake).
I had a similar experience with another restaurant, they immediately refunded the dish and sent me a discount code for the next purchase.
I only received cursory justifications from the Zushi manager and I'm sorry.
Before writing this review I informed the restaurant directly that it was a negative experience and that I will no longer order from them or even go to the restaurant in person. It's a shame, from a restaurant of this level and the amount spent I expected different customer attention.
P.s. to be fair, I also report that the delivery platform told me that I would have to resolve the issue directly with the restaurant.
