18/02/2026: We've been coming here for many years, but last time we were truly disappointed. The quality of the food has significantly deteriorated, and the service is also very slow. The day after dining there, I spent two days without eating and in bed with stomach cramps and vomiting. I wouldn't want it to have been the food's fault. I will sadly never return...

17/02/2026: Satori is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Florence. I come here often, and each time I'm satisfied. The sushi is delicious, and there's always a wide selection of rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a relaxing dinner and a quick lunch. But what makes this place even more special is the staff, always very patient, kind, and helpful, making you feel at ease at every opportunity. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good sushi in Florence at a reasonable price.

01/03/2026: I'm giving one star because they can't select zero. The staff was rude, making us queue inside first, then telling us we had to queue outside after a good 10 minutes of waiting. It's very expensive and not worth the money.

07/03/2026: The best gelato in Florence. I love all the gelato from this shop, but the Caminia pistachio and the Atomico are so good! The strawberry one is also top-notch.

31/01/2026: We ended up here by chance on Friday evening. The gelato was good, with a wide selection, even though it's January. Everything was so inviting. The flavors were excellent, and the service was patient and courteous, even though it was late at night. 🍦

05/12/2025: Fast and efficient with tablet ordering, excellent value for money, even at lunchtime, with a varied and extensive menu. It's located in the heart of an industrial area and is also quite convenient for parking compared to the city center. It's busier on weekends, so reservations are recommended. The staff are always friendly and the owner is very nice, which never hurts. Updated October 2025. Tokyo is always a guarantee for me. Fast and friendly staff, smiling and welcoming owner. The lunch menu is a bit limited, but the quality is above average compared to similar places nearby. The new decor is similar, but it's proof that they've put a lot of thought into that, too. Updated December 2025 - always a guarantee, for my tastes and budget. Less choice at lunchtime, but still enjoyable!

28/02/2026: If I could give them 6 stars I would! They are so professional with the speed of service, how nice they are and the quality of coffee, juices and pastries. We have tried almost everything here while staying in area! The pastries, cappuccino and orange juice all so delicious. Also when you do takeaway they wrap the items so beautifully like work of art- see photo! Make sure you try their different types of cornettos and savory sandwiches also. Perfect place for breakfast or brunch. Local and authentic. Please note you can grab seats outside with lovely patio or you can stand at bar inside- both have plenty of spots usually. A+.

23/02/2026: One of my favorite bars in Florence. Great pastry and coffee. I love their olive oil cake and closer to lunch their focaccia with tomato. This place can get quite busy and there is not a ton of space to sit so keep that in mind.

Fresh products with a wide selection on the menu, extremely digestible pasta. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. P.S. A small welcome appetizer was also offered, which was much appreciated!! 👍

11/01/2026: Lovely owners and a beautiful restaurant! Ordered a mushroom and sausage pizza and it was cooked perfectly. We at outdoors but we were so surprised when we went inside to use the restroom. The interior of the restaurant is decorated is a beautiful blue with white marble and glass. Very charming and sparkling clean!
