03/05/2026: A truly pleasant stop along the Via degli Dei! From Passo della Futa, Stefania and her daughter proved to be two attentive and welcoming hosts. There were four of us, and after a simple phone call, Stefania picked us up directly at the pass: a truly precious gesture after a day of walking. The apartment was adequate and well-organized, with many little touches that make a difference: snacks, coffee, and everything you need for breakfast. We also really appreciated the location, in the small village of Covigliaio, where there's a grocery store just steps away that makes excellent, generous sandwiches at very reasonable prices, as well as offering useful products for self-catering. Another positive aspect is the great freedom offered to guests: Stefania doesn't pressure us to dine at her agriturismo. We decided to stay anyway, and it was worth it: a complete dinner with appetizer, first course, wine, dessert, and water for about €25 per person, all very good. The laundry drying service, essential for those on the move, and the homemade cake for breakfast were also greatly appreciated. The value for money was truly excellent, and the welcome was warm: a stop we definitely recommend!

06/08/2026: Espresso was excellent, and the filter coffee was absolutely amazing—I ordered a second cup as soon as I finished the first. Highly recommend this place. The people who work here are incredibly friendly and make you feel very welcome. Definitely worth a visit!

04/08/2026: After 20 minutes still no waiting for V60 from Kenya, meanwhile an espresso and a capuchino with Mamma Mia blend arrive; the capuchino was bland to much milk flavor, probably no a good blend for prepare it. In Espresso more balanced. Finally arrive the V60, good flavor, balanced and round, clean.

30/04/2026: I don't usually write negative reviews, but I thought about it and decided to do so this time. We tried the ice cream shop yesterday with my son, drawn by the positive comments here. The ice cream itself wasn't bad, mind you. But unfortunately, we were treated rudely by the staff. They let people they knew go ahead of us, and most importantly, they didn't even respond to our thank yous and goodbyes when we went to pay and leave. I understand that we all have a bad day, but maybe a half-smile and a hello to two sales assistants would have definitely made a difference and made us want to come back for a snack.

20/06/2026: The pizza was good, the service was fast and friendly. It's a shame about the mini desserts, especially the very small and runny lemon mousse. I recommend it anyway.

26/05/2026: Erica at Rosalìa Salad Gourmet near the Duomo in Florence was incredible! She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious, and her service made the experience even better. If you are near the Duomo and want something healthy and refreshing, definitely stop here. Excellent espresso drinks as well! Thank you, Erica!

19/05/2026: Salads are fresh and tasty. But they serve them with very little dressing, and if you ask for extra dressing they charge you 1€ extra.

12/03/2026: I ordered takeout and it took 5 minutes. The hostess and pizzaiolo were very friendly and even helped me charge my phone. The place is quaint. The pizza with cornicione was delicious.

12/08/2026: Good coffee, but that’s about it. The service seemed rather unfriendly, and we had to wait for such a long time before we could order food and drinks. I got a slice of cake, but the prices were quite high for such tiny pastries. Unfortunately, I got the end piece, which was very dry. I could only manage three bites because it was basically like eating a stone. 😅

12/08/2026: Unfriendly service, and we were given an end piece of cake that was very dry. Yesterday, we visited the café on the other side of town in via de neri, where the staff was much friendlier and the service was generally more attentive. That’s why we were very disappointed with our experience today.

06/06/2026: The food was very good, and the service was attentive. There can occasionally be a problem with the restroom, but not if a staff member is right in front of you. If it's completely filthy, then it has to be cleaned or closed.

20/06/2026: Tried it tonight for takeout. Delivery time was scrupulously respected, well done. The pizza base was really good, well-leavened, soft, and cooked to perfection. The toppings were more than adequate, but my prosciutto and mushroom pizza was very salty, while my dad's Margherita was perfect. Excellent value for money. Would try again with other toppings.
