14/04/2026: Offers: appetizers, first courses, pizza, and desserts. Everything is homemade: the pasta dough, passatelli, desserts, etc. Among the appetizers, there's a wonderful basket of fried piadinas, which pairs well with the other appetizers; the dough is excellent and cooked to perfection. The first courses are typical of the Romagna culinary tradition. The pizza is very easy to digest. The restaurant has a vaulted red brick ceiling, and there's ample outdoor space with tables. We had appetizers, passatelli with speck, spoja lorda, and pizza. The price was more than fair. Fast service, very friendly staff. We'll be back.

22/03/2026: Fast service and seating, but unfortunately we found the sandwich bread dry and rubbery, as if it hadn't been made that day; it left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths. It's a shame because I've heard good things about it; maybe it was just a coincidence.

19/04/2026: So let's start with the fact that they were very kind to let me put the scooter in storage so as to avoid it being stolen. The service was friendly and fast, the food an 8 out of 10 but very filling. The portions are customizable in terms of size. The atmosphere is not bad but it could be better. Let's say the necessary is there, you can talk easily, the only flaw is the ordering method is a little unintuitive for a person coming for the first time. It could be changed a bit, perhaps with special tablets placed there so you can order individually instead of having to do it from a single phone. However, for the price, quality, let's say excellent. I would go back.

16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians.
€40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine.
We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.

30/03/2026: As a frequent traveller I rarely eat in a restaurant in a hotel but I am glad I made an exception for opera 23. We had the steak tartare and florentine steak and both were faultless. The florentine steak would be in the top 5 steaks I have ever enjoyed across various countries where beef is the pride and joy including Chile, Argentina and Australia. To top everything off the service was first class, personal and friendly, we felt like we were at home. Fantastic.
05/03/2026: The food is good, but I ordered garlic pasta and they served me tomato pasta, I didn’t taste garlic at all. It was good but I wanted to taste the garlic.
The waiter is very very nice, kind and professional!

03/05/2026: A truly pleasant stop along the Via degli Dei!
From Passo della Futa, Stefania and her daughter proved to be two attentive and welcoming hosts. There were four of us, and after a simple phone call, Stefania picked us up directly at the pass: a truly precious gesture after a day of walking.
The apartment was adequate and well-organized, with many little touches that make a difference: snacks, coffee, and everything you need for breakfast. We also really appreciated the location, in the small village of Covigliaio, where there's a grocery store just steps away that makes excellent, generous sandwiches at very reasonable prices, as well as offering useful products for self-catering.
Another positive aspect is the great freedom offered to guests: Stefania doesn't pressure us to dine at her agriturismo. We decided to stay anyway, and it was worth it: a complete dinner with appetizer, first course, wine, dessert, and water for about €25 per person, all very good.
The laundry drying service, essential for those on the move, and the homemade cake for breakfast were also greatly appreciated.
The value for money was truly excellent, and the welcome was warm: a stop we definitely recommend!
