10/07/2026: The food was excellent and the service was great. I wasn’t expecting much when I booked a table but the restaurant was way beyond my expectations. The food was not salty as in many restaurants in Italy. And presentation was perfect. We wanted to visit again for lunch next day but they serve only for dinner. The hamburger was especially great.
30/03/2026: As a frequent traveller I rarely eat in a restaurant in a hotel but I am glad I made an exception for opera 23. We had the steak tartare and florentine steak and both were faultless. The florentine steak would be in the top 5 steaks I have ever enjoyed across various countries where beef is the pride and joy including Chile, Argentina and Australia. To top everything off the service was first class, personal and friendly, we felt like we were at home. Fantastic.

05/05/2026: We came here twice during our holiday in Florence; once we had a proper brunch and another time we just picked up some pastries. The food was very good, and the smoothies and matcha were great too!
04/05/2026: A very good experience, the prices are good in relation to the quality, everything is fresh and delicious. The coffee is brewed at the perfect temperature and they have a variety of plant-based milks.

22/03/2026: Fast service and seating, but unfortunately we found the sandwich bread dry and rubbery, as if it hadn't been made that day; it left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths. It's a shame because I've heard good things about it; maybe it was just a coincidence.

21/06/2026: As a study abroad student, this place became my go-to morning coffee spot, and I genuinely looked forward to stopping by every day. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the menu is delicious, and everything always tastes so fresh and high quality.
Most importantly, the coffee was perfect every single day during the six months I was here, a level of consistency that's hard to find. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and a wonderful way to start the morning.
Thank you for being such a memorable part of my time abroad. I'll definitely miss this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great coffee and even better service!
