I ordered takeout and it took 5 minutes. The hostess and pizzaiolo were very friendly and even helped me charge my phone. The place is quaint. The pizza with cornicione was delicious.

A quick lunch before departure, and a great choice! It was wonderful to see the pasta maker at work, giving an immediate sense of authenticity. Service was fast and the staff were attentive. The new waitress was super nice, gave us great advice, and served impeccably. We tried and recommend: the pici cacio e pepe with crispy wafer, absolutely superb! And the tagliatelle with Tuscan ragù was delicious. If you're being picky, perhaps a minute too long in the cooking time, but the flavors are divine overall. Perfect place for a quick but quality lunch!

25/04/2026: Wow, been to this place two mornings in a row and will visit again tomorrow on our last day in Florence! Pasticceria Gualtieri is charming beyond words. The people, the pastries, the doppio, the music. A perfect place to come when visiting beautiful Florence. Highly recommend!

14/04/2026: Offers: appetizers, first courses, pizza, and desserts. Everything is homemade: the pasta dough, passatelli, desserts, etc. Among the appetizers, there's a wonderful basket of fried piadinas, which pairs well with the other appetizers; the dough is excellent and cooked to perfection. The first courses are typical of the Romagna culinary tradition. The pizza is very easy to digest. The restaurant has a vaulted red brick ceiling, and there's ample outdoor space with tables. We had appetizers, passatelli with speck, spoja lorda, and pizza. The price was more than fair. Fast service, very friendly staff. We'll be back.
