Unfortunately, this place is all about reputation. The pastries are very good, but given its reputation and the fact that the menu specifically states that this café produces fresh pastries every morning, arriving at opening time and being served pastries that are clearly not fresh (though they're good, but cold) is definitely a disappointment. Another sore point is the long wait between the croissant and cappuccino. The staff is, however, very kind and friendly, and the café is excellent. I certainly wouldn't return if I were looking for fresh pastries. It's worth noting that a drink and a pastries to be consumed inside cost approximately 10 euros each.

I went twice because the liquid tiramisu was so delicious. The first time, it was almost closing time, and I almost couldn't find a seat. After asking the waiter for help, I ordered three cups to finish quickly. But I drank them too fast, and the amazing feeling didn't last long enough, so I decided to come back the next morning! It was very crowded in the morning, so I planned to take everything to go. The waiter saw that I was having trouble carrying so much food, so he gave me portioned desserts, cup holders, and a large bag, as if he was worried I'd drop everything before I even left! He's truly kind and helpful!!! I'll definitely come back to Firenze again after my fourth visit!!!

I went to buy coffee. I wanted to buy some for my new machine and they gave me great advice. The two guys were really nice. We talked and, with a lot of patience, they encouraged me to speak Italian. They also gave me a sample of one of the coffees to see what I was buying. When I go back to Florence, I will definitely go see them. Friendly and professional workers.

Wow just wow.
Dubai choc latte is just without words off the charts.
Sweet roll or traditional American cinnamon roll was moist and flavored and just exactly what you want it to be.
Ham and cheese solid.

A truly special place.
The atmosphere is super welcoming, and you can immediately feel the great energy as soon as you enter.
The coffee is simply excellent—you can taste the quality and care behind every cup. It's one of those places where you can really learn something new about the world of coffee, even just by observing.
The food is also very good: carefully prepared, tasty, and perfect for any time of day.
But what really makes the difference is the staff: always kind, smiling, and helpful. They make you feel at home.
It's one of those places where you come for a coffee... and end up staying much longer 😊
Definitely worth a try.

Wonderful experience. You may come for the good coffee, but you will see that they are also warm and friendly. They are kind to tourists, greeting guests in several languages. They have alternative milks for vegans and dairy free folks. They had about 3 vegan pastries. They have an avocado toast that's also dairy free. I enjoyed my time here. I'll be back!
