11/03/2025: Authentic, simple and really tasty. The staff is lovely and the food is a feast of Tuscan specialties. They have a small patio in the back, where you can sit and eat. Otherwise it’s a takeaway and a bar. If you have the chance, go and try it.

08/09/2024: Nos alojamos en Villa Petriolo por 6 noches en septiembre de 2024. No habíamos planeado ir al restaurante con estrella Michelin en el lugar, ya que generalmente evitamos los menús degustación y preferimos trattorias y osterías locales más casuales (como la excelente Osteria Golpaja, también en el lugar) , pero estamos muy contentos de haberlo hecho. Pudimos seleccionar platos a la carta de los dos menús degustación - uno vegetariano y otro mixto. Teníamos tres platos cada uno, un aperitivo, plato principal y postre de cada uno de los menús. Las opciones vegetarianas fueron las mejores, quizás no es de extrañar cuando todos los vinos y productos se cultivan en la finca sostenible en la que se encuentra el restaurante. El personal es apasionado por lo que ofrecen, pero sin pretensiones. La comida era divina, y el ambiente y el servicio en este restaurante en la Toscana rural eran iguales a cualquier cosa que hemos experimentado en Michelin - restaurantes con estrellas en todo el mundo. Muy recomendable.

28/11/2024: An absolute gem of a cafe that we were lucky enough to wander into while exploring. Very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely fantastic food with a great attention to detail. Choosing from the daily menu, we had a burger and fries. The burger was seasoned in a subtle but perfect way to compliment the nice character of the beef. The fries were great as well. The housemade strudel for dessert was divine. Well worth the walk from historic downtown. We will absolutely be back again the next time we are in Firenze.

31/03/2025: Very rude customers, they pass you by as if they haven't eaten for months and the employees have no eye for this. The tables are occupied for hours even without consuming. I don't recommend for relaxing breakfasts

04/04/2025: Portata da mia figlia ventenne, una piacevole scoperta per me! Mi sento di raccomandarla davvero. Perche'? Beh, perche' siamo fiorentini e siamo purtroppo abituati a postacci solo per turisti, perche' cucino bene e quindi penso di saper valutare qualita', sapori, tempi, ecc. Last but not least perche' il prezzo è giusto: una bowl di verdure e riso con tantissime varieta' di verdure e una buona salsina, un burrito ottimo, una birra Dolomiti che di rado si trova, caffe', velocita' e gentilezza per 30 euro in due. Vi assicuro che per una pausa in centro a Firenze è da tenere presente.
