12/11/2025: Honestly, I can't justify spending €40 per kilo for mini pastries for average quality. I didn't find anything special...sorry. Reply 11/12/2025 I completely understand the price increases and the value of artisanal work, but I believe the customer's perspective is still important. Prices may be "in line with the area," but it's always the final experience that determines the perception of quality and fairness of the cost. As Henry Ford said, "True progress is when technology is accessible to everyone"—in the same way, I believe the true success of a pastry shop is managing to keep excellence accessible to its customers. 08/11/2025: The first time I came in, I ordered croissants, and I can finally say I've eaten a filled croissant in Florence. The bar is very large and beautiful. I'll definitely be back.

25/05/2026: A small but well-prepared ice cream shop in Gavinana! Very interesting flavors, delicious gelato 😄 You can also enjoy your gelato at the tables right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is always a plus!

13/04/2026: We stopped by for some gelato, and it was excellent. Lots of flavors, friendly staff, and above all, excellent gelato. Creamy and flavorful to perfection. Winning combination? Coffee and Baileys. I'll leave it to you to decide.

19/05/2026: Cappuccino in the morning~~~!! The staff were so energetic, too… I guess it’s all Italy, but(?) the coffee was delicious… Anyway, haha, for Italy, the friendliness made me want to stay longer.

The sweet and savory options are superb, and the lunch would rival many Michelin-starred restaurants. You are truly exceptional, and the girls are truly friendly. 30/05/2026: Unfortunately, I have to give it three stars for a poor service we encountered twice in the space of three months. We don't live in Florence (it's an hour and a half by train to get here), and before going anywhere, we always look up the opening hours on Google and Instagram. Twice, despite trying to contact the establishment on Instagram and by phone (we received no response), we found the place closed. I'll show in the photo that the opening hours aren't updated on Google and Instagram; they're only on the shop door. The last time we found the shop closed, there was only a "closed" sign. In any case, I strongly recommend that the establishment update its opening hours so people can be sure they'll be open and enjoy an iced tea in this heat. Otherwise, I've been to San Tea quite often, and it's a really cute place that I always love returning to! But finding the shop closed after seeing online that it's open, well... it's truly disappointing. I hope the hours are adjusted after this review. My Instagram message hasn't received a response, and I sent it on March 28th, asking for a polite update on the hours and their new opening hours to avoid running into the closed shop again... it's May 30th, and I'm left with this poor service. And I repeat: we're from outside Florence, so I made sure to DM you on Instagram to avoid any inconvenience. We love San Tea, but unfortunately, we're always worried about finding it closed if we can't trust the opening hours we find online... I hope you'll be more active and precise online after this review. We'll definitely be back!

20/04/2026: I hate to give a negative review because the pizza is delicious, and the various dough variations would be worthy of ten stars. Unfortunately, the place is inhospitable, the sound echoes, and the din of multiple voices fills your ears. It's not pleasant to eat like this. The service is also slow... I suggest changing locations or covering everything with soundproofing.

26/05/2026: Very cozy and calm atmosphere. Lemon cheesecake was so delicious. Coffee was also pretty good. Outdoor patio on the street has river views and it’s great to ait in the middle of the day under shaded street atmosphere. Overall score 4.1/5 for a Cafe

07/04/2026: Excellent agriturismo located on the foothills of the Chianti mountains overlooking the Valdarno. The outdoor area, nestled among the houses of the small hamlet, is lovely. The appetizers are shared but plentiful, as are the first courses. The rabbit was good. Service was a bit slow. Recommended.

28/04/2026: Excellent pizzeria in Sieci! The pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, is truly delicious and easy to digest. The service is fast and efficient, with friendly and helpful staff. The prices are also average, which makes it even more enjoyable. Recommended for a carefree evening! I recommend the Amatriciana pizza, it's delicious!!!
