05/04/2025: Plat de pâtes à la truffe avec morceaux de truffe … insipide , sans goût, ni odeur. Une attrape touriste à 23€ le plat. A fuir ! Pour info, les pâtes sont strictement pesées pour que chaque plat ne dépasse pas les 130g. Ne pensez pas non plus demander du parmesan… ce n’est pas compris dans le prix.

19/03/2025: There are so many truffles on it, I was able to fully enjoy the flavor. The rich seasoning was delicious and addictive! Since we eat in the bustling market, it doesn't have the atmosphere of a fancy restaurant, but it was nice to be able to eat without any hesitation!

16/02/2025: Billis in Arezzo is always a guarantee among the best burgers in Tuscany, I would like to focus for a moment on the bread. It literally melts in your mouth and gives a feeling of lightness to the sandwich, it is well stocked with excellent beef cooked to perfection with accompanying sauces and other high quality ingredients.

10/02/2025: Really good, very good and fast and efficient service! There are a lot of young guys who are really good and very smart. We got 5 fried foods, 4 sandwiches and a dessert and there wasn't anything we didn't like. There were 4 of us and we had a very good time. The only flaw is a small table for 4 and a slightly high price. Overall super POSITIVE experience, I will return often.

02/02/2025: My Saturday evening food and wine tour, after a 92 kilometer journey, brought me to this tavern and it was a pleasant surprise. Rustic but elegant atmosphere, friendly and precise service, very good dishes and very beautiful dishes. And for me, who am President of an opera association, the pleasure of dining next to an ancient poster of an opera show at the Teatro della Lizza in Siena. And to say that the room would be very suitable for organizing dinners/concerts... Who knows...

01/12/2024: Abbiamo fatto un bel po’ di strada per arrivare fin qui ma ne è valsa proprio la pena. Locale immerso in un bosco, la cucina è molto buona e si nota la ricerca degli ingredienti e dei buoni prodotti. Da non sottovalutare la disponibilità e la gentilezza di tutte le ragazze che gestiscono questo locale.

01/03/2025: Excellent takeaway pizzeria with fast and quality service. Many dough bases and various qualities of fillings. The stuffed focaccia and other specialties are also excellent. You can also eat your meal on site.

19/03/2025: Welcoming, warm and very intimate place. Quiet and comfortable, but perhaps in my opinion the background music was too loud. Lukewarm dishes and too little time between courses, as if they had to free up a table. Fantastic cellar in the basement!! High-level wine cellar. All in all a nice place.

09/02/2025: Definitely a place worth visiting, it was the hospital where abandoned children were welcomed. Today, in addition to the permanent museum, it hosts exhibitions and exhibitions. It currently hosts the Impressionists in Normandy.

09/12/2024: This is a truly wonderful little place, located just outside of central Florence but well worth going out of your way to visit. They specialise in piadina, a traditional Florentine flatbread sandwich. The sandwich is something special. There's a large selection of both sweet and savoury available on the menu and everything is made fresh to order. I've never eaten a sandwich quite like this; the bread is soft but firm, the ingredients and flavours balanced perfectly to surprise and bring joy with every bite. The service was so polite and friendly too. We were in Florence for four nights and we went here for three of those four, which tells you everything.

31/03/2025: Rustic, in a working-class neighborhood of Florence, sized for good neighbors. A street food that tastes good, homely but above all slow and convenient. Delicious products and large pan-fried dishes to be consumed outdoors or in the tavern.

23/02/2025: Uno spettacolo, sembrava di essere sul set di cucine da incubo, mancava solo Cannavacciuolo in cucina! Ma forse c'era davvero e noi non l'abbiamo visto. Tutto come da copione, arriviamo presto e ci fanno sedere, il locale era ancora vuoto, ci portano il menù, scegliemo 2 pizze e chiamiamo la cameriera per ordinare, perchè già si vedeve un continuo via-vai di pizze da asporto e personale che correva avanti ed indietro. La cameriera ci suggerisce di prendere anche un antipasto nell'attesa ma "grazie, ci bastano due pizze", quanto ci sarà mai da attendere per due pizze alle 19:30. Dopo aver ordinato le nostre pizze inizia l'attesa, arrivano altre persone, tante perchè era sabato sera, le due ragazze in sala iniziano ad agitarsi per far sedere tutti, prendono gli ordini, antipasti misti, primi di pesce, fritto misto, pizze, passa il tempo ma dalla cucina non esce nulla, solo pizze da asporto che una persona del locale parte a consegnare fuori o le ritirano i clienti. Dalla cucina arrivano i primi battibecchi fra cuochi e cameriere, nel mentre un computerino di JustEat inizia a trillare all'impazzata ma ormai nessuno risponde più nemmeno a quello. Saranno passati 45 minuti, locale pieno, tavoli che continuano a ordinare ma delle nostre pizze ancora nulla, poi miracolo arrivano, mangiamo veloce e ci prepariamo per pagare, perchè avevamo capito che delle due cameriere solo una sapeva/poteva fare i conti ma non si fermava mai a fare il conto e pagare. Dopo altri 10/15 minuti in piedi davanti alla cassa nel tentativo di convincere la cameriera a farci il conto, ma le diceva solo "un attimo arrivo" riusciamo a pagare e fuggiamo. A mio giudizio il locale va bene per chi non ha niente da fare il sabato sera e lo vuole passare seduto ad un tavolo ad aspettare la sua cena nel mentre beve birra. Esiste anche una categoria di questi utenti ed infatti sono quelli che danno 5 stelle a questo locale. Come era il cibo? Sinceramente non me lo ricordo nemmeno.

23/02/2025: Sono stato a pranzo con la mia famiglia, c'era a scelta 2 menù e nonostante questo, il servizio è stato pessimo, eravamo in 7; i primi ci sono arrivati in due trance a distanza di 15 minuti e per i dolci ( che sono praticamente pronti) è successo uguale, li hanno portati a trance 5/6 minuti l'uno dall'altro. Praticamente abbiamo quasi mangiato ognuno per conto suo anche se eravamo allo stesso tavolo. Da non tornare assolutamente.

21/03/2025: I JUST PAID 42 EURO TONIGHT AS COPERTO. HAHA. IS IT OK FOR YOU GUYS? I UNDERSTAND YOU HIDED FROM US WHEN I LEFT YOUR RESTAURANT. I BELIEVE YOU ALSO FEEL YOURSESELF AS THE A THIEF. YOU TOLD ME 42 EURO FOR COPERTO OF 2 PEOPLE IS TAX. PEOPLE SHOUD NOT EARN MONEY LIKE THIS. What a pity!

20/03/2025: Family lunch. Celebrations for my 45th birthday after returning from a disappointing morning excursion to the vaunted Boboli Gardens. The setting, as soon as we enter, revives me from the disappointment of the morning and the table chosen for us changes the direction of the day. Beautiful view of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio in an elegant, sober and bright room. Extensive and important wine list. We opt for two French glasses. Refined menu and excellent quality food and beautiful presentation, also adequate portion sizes. Kind and attentive dining room service, available for requests including dessert with a candle. Overall price adequate for the high quality of the place. In the photo: French wine, saffron risotto asparagus and truffle, polenta and bay leaf stew. Recommended
