06/03/2026: Some friends and I spent a very pleasant evening at this pizzeria. The place is simple and well-kept, with some interesting designs that represent the identity of Neapolitan pizzerias. The service was quick and professional, and the staff was always very kind and friendly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
All the food was exceptional, starting with the appetizers, then moving on to the pizzas. We ordered different ones to try as many as possible. The dough was very light and easy to digest, and we finished with a selection of desserts, which were equally excellent—a lovely icing on the cake to round off this culinary experience! The attention to detail in the plating is a particularly positive note.
We will definitely be back very soon!
28/02/2026: Sant'arpia is a guarantee! In addition to the truly digestible classic Neapolitan pizza, tonight I tried the gluten-free pizza made with NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE FLOURS, steamed... what can I say, the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten, a real surprise. The pizza is slightly smaller than the classic one, with a crispy and soft crust, not at all rubbery even when it cools a bit. So kudos to whoever makes the dough; it's no small feat to achieve such high quality without industrial concoctions! Celiac or not, everyone can leave here satisfied! See you soon, Glenda

28/03/2026: After enjoying the pizza, panna cotta, and espresso, one can't help but feel religious! They must have come from heaven!!! And besides the delicious food, the service was top-notch. Even without a reservation, they always went out of their way to find us a table with genuine warmth.

They've also greatly improved their service and punctuality with takeout! I highly recommend it!

28/09/2025: Sunday lunch at Claudia's...just like home! Everything is freshly made and of excellent quality. Try the cantuccini she makes, they're delicious. Also recommended for the hostess's friendliness.
21/09/2025: Spectacular food: we had pici with white ragù and rabbit with olives. The pici are homemade and you can taste it, and the rabbit simply melted in your mouth.
Ms. Claudia manages EVERYTHING herself: kitchen, service, cash register, reservations... she has incredible energy. I understand that the service is slower than usual for these reasons, but in my opinion it's absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good, traditional food, a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and has that extra bit of patience to support someone who, in my opinion, puts all of herself into the work she loves.
P.S. Lunch was accompanied by delightful bossa nova music (at a very moderate volume, of course), which I found perfect for the atmosphere.

09/03/2026: Good pizza, but adding €20 to two Capricciosa pizzas for adding some asparagus (about 10 pieces) seems excessive to me. That is, ONLY the two Capricciosa pizzas are €37...be careful when you go to check...free parking. To be precise, we ordered: one appetizer of crostini only, two Capricciosa pizzas with one additional ingredient (asparagus), one water, one small Coke, and one coffee. Total €60.50...to align with other pizzerias in the area, as they aren't gourmet pizzas...

16/12/2025: We spent a delightful evening in the village of Serre di Rapolano. The food was fabulous and delicious, as was the family atmosphere and excellent service. The daily specials menu is a distinctive and positive feature that makes the most of Tuscan flavors for each season. Definitely worth a try and we'll be back in the summer!

07/04/2026: The pirates' lair is jealously guarded by the predators of taste, ready to set sail on new sensory forays. The unwary traveler who sadly approaches the food and fails to recognize the indelible insignia risks getting lost in this Babel of conviviality.
The signs are evident, overlapping, and displayed like trophies. Captain Blackbeard's philosophy is clear in its intent and purpose, conveyed by the crew with a Picard-like air as they welcome customers onto the ship with the skull and crossbones.
The dim light and the indelible "signs" of those who preceded us facilitate entry into the shop's gustatory knowledge.
The tender cured meats gathered on the plate forge a pact of loyalty: first, the fresh prosciutto opens the taste buds to the assault of the more concentrated cured meats and delicate pancettas, which, mindful of their origins, melt at the arrival of the second wave of flavor.
In their straw-yellow white suits, complex cheeses arrive, such as the proud pecorino and spicy gorgonzola, veined in their own style, while, freed from shame, the bloomy rinds hide behind the timid parmesan.
While awaiting the next assault on the palates of those present, rivers of joyful wine soothe the mood until the arrival of the first courses filled with rich sausages related to light cream or solitary salmon.
The tagliata arrive urgently, raw in the rush and flavored with a few random herbs so as not to be completely naked.
Rich mascarpone creams, buttery and composed with crunchy fans necessary to hide the intimate grain enclosed within, awaken and cover the raw sensations.
After the meal, the brigade gathers in a disorderly fashion to bid farewell and plan the next melee attack.

23/04/2026: Yesterday we had dinner at Trattoria Cibreo, and it was quite a surprise. But a very negative one.
We went with high expectations because of the reviews and especially because it was listed in the Michelin Guide. It seemed interesting, so we crossed the city's historic center to go there.
But all our enthusiasm was dashed shortly after entering. From the first minute, the service seemed more focused on trying to seat a diverse clientele in a cramped space. Flustered and unfriendly, they brought you a bottle of water and left you waiting for ages... You asked for recommendations from a menu that was seemingly simple and traditionally based, but rather expensive, and they didn't do much to help either. The wine list was short and uninteresting, and also overpriced. No one offered any advice.
The food, served on small plates in meager portions, with an unappealing presentation, barely scraped by. Particularly noteworthy (for being mediocre) was a dish of roast pork loin (arista forno), which consisted of two small, thin, and dry pork fillets hidden beneath a bland mashed potato. 23 euros.
We ordered a couple of red wines (a pinot noir at 8 euros a glass), and they were brought already poured into small, low-quality glasses without any explanation or even showing us what we had ordered. A truly awful touch.
In short, everything was on par with a fairly average eatery, but with high prices. A fairly average dinner for two, meager and of mediocre quality, 93 euros (with two glasses of wine and no dessert).
The mention in the Michelin Guide is completely unjustified. We've never been to a restaurant in the guide that has disappointed us. There's always a first time...
20/04/2026: The quality of the food goes without saying, beautiful local ingredients cooked to perfection. What really struck us was the kindness of the staff. My Mum had fallen just prior to lunch, injuring her wrist, and the wait staff spared no time bringing a hurriedly-fashioned ice compress and even examining her wrist themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had an aperitif with bruschetta and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bread and the accompanying products.
We saw so many delicious dishes passing around us, we'll be back.
Compliments to the service, attentive and meticulous, even in a very touristy setting.
