16/09/2025: I love this pastry shop; I always find a parking spot and a seat. It's the perfect place for a coffee with friends, and everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is truly refined. The missing star is for the vegan options (aside from the turmeric croissant, which I love). The option to fill a schiacciatina or another type of croissant with jam or dark chocolate would be enough.

05/10/2025: Was immediately attracted by the sign “no pasta, no coffee, no soft drinks”. We loved the place, the feel and the owner was amazing. We tried some awesome pecorino cheeses paired with great flavors of honey and of course the wine was amazing.

07/09/2025: One of the best gelatos in Florence! I live in another part of the city, but I come here specifically because it's truly worth it. The gelato has an exquisite flavor and perfect consistency: creamy without being heavy. The flavors are varied and delicious, from fruit to creamy, from the classic hazelnut to pistachio, and even chocolate! The cremino and mordirock are excellent, but don't miss the yogurt and raspberry flavors, or the blackberry cheesecake, salted caramel, and pistachio cremino, and so on. The outdoor area is definitely more suited to kids just out of school than a cool hangout spot, but both for the gelato and the always friendly and smiling staff, it's absolutely a must-try for fans of this Italian specialty like me.

This restaurant is highly recommended; I would make a reservation next time. The service and waitress were also very satisfactory.

06/10/2025: Lovely place to get some coffee and croissants. Enjoyed the fact that they are closed to the airport. Loved the cappucino from them and all the pastries products were fresh. Damn they had some good pistachio croissants, I couldn't get enough. Stayed 3 days in Pisa and every day I've started my day with something from this location!!! In the morning they always have a lot of customers and for me that's says a lot.
