02/02/2026: I don't recommend it. Dishonest people. They asked me to pay a certain amount, and I didn't have any cash. I asked if I could pay by debit card, and they charged me 8 euros more than the initial amount. Unfortunately, I didn't see how much they'd entered into the POS terminal, and I only realized it after I left, when I received the payment receipt online. Truly dishonest. If you want, I can send you the payment receipt!!!

02/05/2026: We came here on recommendation. We were right! I'd describe the flavors as very creamy... so it depends on your preference for gelato! My benchmarks for determining whether a gelato maker is good or not are hazelnut and pistachio: the hazelnut is AMAZING, with pieces of hazelnut and pistachio in each.

07/04/2026: Desolate experience.. I go into the Leone bar to ask for a glass of prosecco and Campari bitters with a small bottle of water, I sit outside and after a while my girlfriend tells me that there was a problem and that when opening the bottle of bitters the prosecco bottle fell.. well, that's normal and be careful that I get an aperitif.. my girlfriend brings me an orange glass, no appetizers, zero service.. now I ask myself, how can a bartender not know how to recognize a bright red Campari bitter and confuse it with I don't know what? I left so as not to incur further harm given the bottles had fallen a moment before.. not recommended and we will never set foot in there again, moreover the cleanliness also left something to be desired.

10/09/2025: Average restaurant, fast food at best. The cook smoking a cigarette behind the stove doesn't exactly inspire enthusiasm.

02/04/2026: We found this accommodation with our family of four and would definitely give it 5 stars+. The apartments are absolutely charming and tastefully furnished, perfectly suited to the surroundings. The owner, Simona, lives and breathes her project, filling the "Penna Alta" with holiday apartments and an osteria serving local cuisine, all imbued with her own unique character. Anyone wanting to experience Tuscany up close will find themselves right at home here. We enjoyed a set menu featuring several local dishes at the osteria and were absolutely delighted.

20/09/2025: The pizza was very tasty because it was well-seasoned: Quattro Stagioni and Neapolitan, with good, abundant ingredients. Friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

31/08/2025: This year, during the holidays, we "discovered" this place. We ate some super, super good pizza. And the staff was friendly and helpful. See you next time.

07/05/2026: After three years, I am in Donato in this wonderful shop I could have thought about it before I could also have breakfast from pizzas to panforte desserts, especially the tradition of the Buccella Thaw tradition, that donut, that loaf Welcoming and kind staff, quick I will return located in Piazza San Michele or Piazza delle catene

03/05/2026: 5-star product and service, but incredibly expensive. The table service and central location are fine, but €40 for 3 juices, 2 coffees, 3 small ham sandwiches, and 3 desserts seems too much.

02/06/2026: ✨ A truly enjoyable dinner at Giacomo's in Pietrasanta. The atmosphere is magical 🌿, with a meticulously maintained garden that makes the setting charming and very relaxing ✨. The quality of the food is excellent 🍽️, as is the presentation, refined and well-thought out. I started with a delicious shrimp tartare 🦐 and continued with excellent cacio e pepe tortelli 🧀, both prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The service was also good 😊, friendly and professional. A restaurant I recommend for a special dinner ❤️ in a truly enchanting location 🌙

31/05/2026: A lot of style missing a lot of substance - very poor service - food not delivered, long waits. Food was below average for the price. Had a lunch at a tiny restaurant in the hills that eclipsed this for 1/5th the price. Very nice setting a beautiful crowd a good place to go get a drink and an appetizer then eat somewhere else.

28/12/2025: This was my first time eating here, and it was a great experience. The food was good and remarkably light. The service was as it should be, friendly and efficient. Not to mention they even offered us a Nutella pinsa. A good place for a quiet evening.

13/05/2026: We stopped here for a break on the GTE. A beautiful spot with a great view. The young woman who served us was very friendly and attentive. We had a selection of sausages and cheeses, and she explained each type. Everything tasted delicious, and the price was reasonable.

05/05/2026: Dinner was definitely overpriced considering the quality and quantity of food. The cheeses were good but the portions were meager, the vegetables were out of season, the grilled meats were cold, and the lasagna was cold. The vegetarian and meat menus were the same price (€39), despite the fact that the only alternative to cured meats and meat was a small piece of lasagna. I would not recommend this place.

15/04/2026: A wonderful surprise. This place was recommended to us as one of the best Japanese restaurants in Florence. I have to say, they were right! We were blown away by the atmosphere, the exquisite food, and the impeccable service. I recommend it to everyone.

25/03/2026: A disgusting place, dirty tables, dirty glasses on the tables, which they'll then charge you for as service. For such service, €12 added to the bill for four people, it's simply inadequate. The food is mediocre and not worth the money at all.

26/04/2026: If you arrive at 6 AM as if you have a reason to, you'll find they've only just opened and they might ask you to wait a bit. Despite it being early in the morning, the staff were very friendly and understanding. The coffee was standard, neither more nor less. I believe they have their own production facility, and based on that, I generously indulged in pastries. I don't know if going on a Sunday had any effect, but the Cornettos tasted stale and weren't enjoyable. The cream they use seems to be of good quality, but they weren't very generous with the cream; you can't reach the cream until you get to the middle. Maybe they should balance it by reducing the size, I don't know. Also, the cream inside was quite cold, which I think is another indication that they weren't fresh. Of course, there might be exceptions, but considering the prestige they project from the outside, it's hard to tolerate this inconsistency in taste and quality. Overall, the atmosphere and people are pleasant, the coffee is standard, but I wasn't happy with the pastries. I believe it's one of only three cafes open in this area at 6 AM, which should be noted.

14/01/2026: Good quality, unfortunately limited selection of pastries. Friendly barista. The only thing that unfortunately makes me take away stars is the price. In my opinion, it's too high for Carrara.

07/09/2025: My partner and I went for a drink. It was a really nice place! There was music from the DJ, and you could dance if you wanted. You can have dinner, and the food looks good, but I was there after dinner, so I didn't have a chance to try it. The prices I saw were fair. A great place to host various private events, parties, or just go for a good time!

15/08/2025: I've eaten both meat and fish there. It's true that you have to go and get your food and bring it to your table, but I don't understand the criticism. Everything is very close, the kitchen is open, and the prices are fair and varied because the dishes are elaborate, very tasty, and plentiful, and the kitchen is quick. I've always eaten there very well, and the atmosphere is friendly and spacious, shaded, and there's always music playing in the evenings.

12/05/2026: By chance, while walking, I came across this pastry shop. The name Serafini reminded me of a pastry shop I frequent a lot in Florence on Via Gioberti. I was intrigued, and decided to have an aperitivo, but upon entering I found everything and more, so I went straight for an aperitif. The table was really well set, with plenty of food to eat. The girls, one in particular who brought me drinks, gave me a dessert at the end. The gentleman at the cash register did the same, but I had already eaten the cream puff, so I declined. The price is fair, like everywhere else where they do aperitifs, in fact, they're even 2 euros cheaper. The only disappointment is that the place is too small inside and I think it could use a renovation to better capture the customer's attention. Other than that, there's nothing to say. I found the staff friendly and kind...I recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

07/05/2026: I would advise the ladies at the pastry shop, especially the lady at the cash register, to learn the difference between the Italian cornetto, or as they call it "brioche", and the croissant... I won't dwell on the attitude...

13/11/2025: High prices, half a slice of pizza €2.50. The guys after me for two normal slices and a can of pizza cost €8.50. Pizza with plastic mozzarella, tasteless, but the dough was at least edible. Flies were hovering over the pizza slices. If the pizza were reasonably priced and made a little better, it would be the best. But for €2.50, even in the area, I get bigger, better slices.

07/11/2025: Great, I work at the shop next door and sometimes I come here to eat some of their delicious treats. Really good, fair prices, and excellent service. Forever a son of Vesuvius 💙
