12/09/2025: Great pizza, we didn't wait 5 minutes for our takeaway pizza!!

09/09/2025: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. We placed an order from Glovo for four products, and only two arrived. After numerous contacts with Glovo customer service, they told us that Pizzaman doesn't offer refunds for products THEY DIDN'T SEND US. We contacted the pizzeria directly several times to inquire, but never received an explanation or attempt at resolution. Congratulations.

10/07/2025: We chose this place for a very informal wedding reception, as was the venue itself. We paid for the food separately. Since there were no other venues nearby, drinks were obligatory at the bar for all guests, no exceptions. I think €5 per drink is excessive, especially considering the quality, just as I think €25 for a bottle of prosecco is excessive in that context.

29/09/2025: This café made me very happy today! :) I have celiac disease, and it's so hard to find a gluten-free café that's also nice and cozy, has friendly staff, and isn't too expensive. But La Milkeria managed to do all of that, thank you ^^

28/09/2025: UNACCEPTABLE experience at Don Panino. I never thought I'd write a negative review, but what I experienced at this place exceeds all limits. The name "Don Panino" is already misleading: they don't serve sandwiches because "they take too long." The sandwich menu is only available on Facebook, thanks to pop-ups and invasive cookies, making it practically inaccessible. The real problem, however, is hygiene. The bathroom is located in the kitchen, next to the fryer, with no functioning door amidst piles of items: the person cooking and the person using the bathroom are in direct eye contact (what if I needed to pee or something?). The sink is broken, and the water collects in a plastic tub where the mozzarella used to be. To dry your hands, there was only a single tear of paper from a paper towel roll, and the waste bin had to be opened manually because the pedal was broken. Deliveroo riders enter the bathroom through the food preparation area. It's a concentration of germs and health risks. Waiting over an hour for a pizza, in a practically empty restaurant. This isn't neglect, it's not a bad moment or a difficult day, it's dangerous. I wonder how it's possible that no one has ever said anything and no one has yet intervened. To the managers: close for a short time, fix everything, and reopen only when you can guarantee minimum safety and, above all, decorum. Under these conditions, staying open is irresponsible as well as unacceptable.

27/09/2025: It pains me to write this negative review. I love this place. The atmosphere is chic and sophisticated. I went for lunch with my husband and ordered only one dish, the seafood steamer, because I wanted something light. Unfortunately, my plate was piled high with mayonnaise! How can you ruin our delicious local fish with such a heavy sauce?! I really don't know what the chef was thinking! My husband then ordered the seafood grill, and luckily I promptly told the waiter to put the mayonnaise aside, because otherwise the plate would have definitely arrived with a kilo of mayonnaise on it. The bill was very steep. I'm sorry, but unless they change the format, I won't be going there again.

14/09/2025: If they didn't present UNPOSSIBLE bills for a meal I'd call mediocre and poorly cooked...they could become a mediocre trattoria. The fish...I'd avoid it!

05/10/2025: Cappuccino without foam and coffee that tasted burnt. The barista was very slow. Whole wheat croissant was dry and flavorless. Terrible.

10/09/2025: Agrihotel Il Palagetto is a true haven of peace surrounded by nature. A well-kept and welcoming property with spectacular views of the hills. Comfortable, clean rooms, tastefully furnished. Friendly and helpful staff are always ready to make you feel at home. The restaurant offers traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients. A stay that combines relaxation, good food, and unforgettable scenery.

20/08/2025: They made us spend 15 euros to stay in the outdoor pool, and that's fine, but the pool was dirty and unkept, with a broken floor! We then stayed to eat... inedible pici, but even though I pointed out that they were full of pepper, they didn't even ask if I wanted anything else, or they didn't apply a discount since I didn't eat.

07/10/2025: Disappointing experience at a birthday party! We chose Passaparola restaurant in Prato to celebrate our son's birthday, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. The food was sparse and of modest quality. Furthermore, some parents attending only sampled a few dishes, and despite this, I was still charged the full price, with no flexibility or consideration for the situation. Constructive suggestion: on special occasions such as children's parties, the staff would be more willing to be more sensitive to customer needs, avoiding inflexibility that risks compromising the overall experience. Unfortunately, we won't be returning and we can't recommend it.

28/09/2025: Expensive place for what you eat... I definitely won't go back. A platter for two costs 19 euros, one person eats and the menu says minimum two... big rip-off.

01/10/2025: We stopped for a break and consumed a corrected coffee and a cappuccino with a good apple tart pastry. The price was average and the staff were friendly.

11/05/2025: The pizza is excellent, we arrived at 7.30pm, no one was there, we placed the order, they brought us the pizzas after an hour and twenty, I don't understand this behaviour, continuously churning out takeaway pizzas, and we wait for them, it's not fair, we won't go back again.
