A wonderful surprise. This place was recommended to us as one of the best Japanese restaurants in Florence. I have to say, they were right! We were blown away by the atmosphere, the exquisite food, and the impeccable service. I recommend it to everyone.

I've always been told it was very expensive but very good... actually, it was a fair price for an à la carte option and average quality... let's say it was pretty good if it weren't for the curly-haired waitress who was completely rude and not at all welcoming... before leaving, I even asked her where the bathroom was and she almost rolled her eyes.

I'VE ALWAYS ORDERED EXCELLENT FOOD FROM ZUSHI, BUT TODAY, November 18th, I contacted the restaurant to place a direct order. A girl answered me, rudely implying that it wasn't possible. When I asked the girl for another option, she responded superficially and in a very stressed tone. I'm sorry that we lose credibility, and especially customers, by having people who, instead of being polite, work like this.
