25/03/2026: A disgusting place, dirty tables, dirty glasses on the tables, which they'll then charge you for as service. For such service, €12 added to the bill for four people, it's simply inadequate. The food is mediocre and not worth the money at all.

28/02/2026: I've always been told it was very expensive but very good... actually, it was a fair price for an à la carte option and average quality... let's say it was pretty good if it weren't for the curly-haired waitress who was completely rude and not at all welcoming... before leaving, I even asked her where the bathroom was and she almost rolled her eyes.

01/04/2026: Came across by chance on a business trip! The workers' menu €15 was excellent, both in terms of quality and portion size! I'd be curious to try the à la carte menu, but if it's as good as the workers' menu, it's definitely even better, you can't go wrong! A very positive experience!!! Recommended

17/08/2025: Very hot and flavorless. It seems they only restock the granitas once a week because I came there around 4 pm and they only had lemon flavor, so I got a 2.50 cone with pistachio and cream. It was very sweet and, as I said at the beginning, it tasted of nothing.

08/03/2026: AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I’m sad I could not give this bar 0 stars. The food is mediocre and the service was deplorable. I cannot even give the girl serving the donuts the benefit of the doubt and attribute this experience to a language barrier because I speak fluent Italian and have been living here for years. I asked if the donuts had filling and she cut me with a harsh “yes”, then I had to follow with “chocolate?” and “vanilla?” just to be answered on the same uninterested and very rude tone. She looked annoyed I was even there. I have been visiting and living in Italy for years and I’ve never seen such a rude attitude.

08/03/2026: Terrible service. The staff was extremely rude and clearly annoyed by simple questions about the pastries. The food was mediocre as well. I speak fluent Italian, so this wasn’t a language barrier.

13/11/2025: High prices, half a slice of pizza €2.50. The guys after me for two normal slices and a can of pizza cost €8.50. Pizza with plastic mozzarella, tasteless, but the dough was at least edible. Flies were hovering over the pizza slices. If the pizza were reasonably priced and made a little better, it would be the best. But for €2.50, even in the area, I get bigger, better slices.

02/12/2025: We discovered this place on a Sunday morning when everything else was closed. They have a wide selection of breads for breakfast. The place is quite small. You have to arrive early to find a table.

16/02/2026: I've been a regular at this place since it opened, but something very unpleasant happened this morning. After what happened, I've decided I won't be returning. I was sitting at the table drinking a cappuccino when another customer, to get a drink, opened the refrigerator door behind me. At that moment, a beer bottle fell, and the impact caused the cap to come off, completely soaking the back of my down jacket. I explained what happened to the manager, but was told that "there are people who don't know how to open the refrigerator; it's happened several times already, and it's not our fault." If it's happened several times, then they should take measures to avoid further accidents, such as changing the way the bottles are arranged. I'm attaching a photo: sitting at that table is dangerous. You risk getting showered with beer and having to pay for laundry, or worse, a bottle breaking and someone getting hurt. When it first opened, this place had good, inexpensive desserts, and the staff was friendly. Lately, however, prices have gone up and the friendliness has diminished. I'd already thought several times about quitting, but this episode was decisive.

01/03/2026: Every time I pass through Livorno, I can't help but stop at the Labronica pastry shop for breakfast: the cappuccino is amazing and the pastries are just as good, overflowing with filling, just the way I like them! Excellent

18/01/2026: Every time my kids have swimming competitions, my husband and I have breakfast here. Friendly staff, wide selection of pastries, the wholemeal croissant is excellent... imagine the rest!

Here, Florentine tradition reigns supreme, without chasing fads or social media trends: just classic pastries made just right. The cream? 11/11/2025: The prices are fair compared to other places in Florence. The soy cappuccino was good and the pasta was acceptable. We were a group of six and decided to give it 3 stars because, unfortunately, the pasta wasn't great. Furthermore, despite being a pastry shop, they didn't offer vegan pastries, and the ones they did have lacked the fresh flavor we usually find in other pastry shops.

11/04/2026: A casual restaurant where the owners treat you like you're at home. Impeccable service and a very reasonable price for the very high quality of the food.
