26/08/2025: I don't usually rush a review, but to make sure I don't forget, I'll take my time while I admire the sunset from behind the restaurant. What can I say... excellent pizza, and the stuffed pizza is superb... the delicious taste of things cooked in a pan as a kid. They had run out of something, like the cecina, which I love, but I was compensated with something else. Paid by weight, the price was more than satisfactory, and I almost didn't believe I was paying so little. You can eat in front of the restaurant on the street, with public benches available, or wherever you like, since they do takeout. The young staff are smiling and eager to continue this business, which is worth at least a stop when you're in the area. Thank you!

17/08/2025: The location is decent, but the important thing is that we had a large, thin pizza, thankfully not toasted. It was very tasty thanks to the good ingredients. Plenty of variety and fair prices. A pleasant discovery...

18/05/2025: Tried tonight with takeaway service. Delivery time scrupulously respected, well done. Really very good pizza base, well leavened, soft and well cooked. More than enough toppings to the eye, but my ham and mushrooms was very in need of salt, while my father's margherita was perfect. Excellent value for money. To try again with other toppings.

03/05/2025: A small Italian pizzeria, excellent dough and toppings. Sales mainly for takeaway, but you can sit down and enjoy a great pizza with a beer or wine. Very nice owner, knows how to take care of the customer. Prices are moderate and appropriate to the quality.

12/07/2025: There was no welcome greeting, waited a few minutes and waved a few times to get attention. We had ice cream and beers here. Ice cream price: small cup with 3 flavours is €8, 4 flavours is €10. Beer 400ml is €7.6.

30/11/2025: This summer, after a boat trip, we stopped here for lunch. Very beautiful, right on the seafront. We had fried anchovies, a mixed salad, and a potato and octopus sandwich. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent; the staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was well-prepared. If we return to Elba, we'll definitely return.

28/09/2025: Summer is slowly leaving us, so let's take advantage of it and go to dinner at Aguglia. A wonderful terrace with a sea view. A fantastic evening, weather-wise. Franciacorta with fried anchovies. Tuna tartare and tuna salad. Linguine with lobster. The service is fast and professional. I'd say we're ready.

30/08/2025: It's raining. I enter the bar to get out of the rain. I ask for a coffee. A member of the staff behind the counter shouts loudly: "Let's hope it rains harder and harder so all the tourists go home, they're a pain in the ass." They're a genius! Their behavior is unspeakable, rude, and boorish. A complete lack of respect for the customer. I won't be going back.

09/11/2025: Simply spectacular! Excellent quality pizzas, excellent meat and fish too! Peaceful atmosphere, it feels like being at home.

20/10/2025: When you go to CarmAntò, you feel at home. As soon as you walk in, the warmth of the wood-fired oven welcomes you and the aroma of freshly baked pizza is incredible. The staff is friendly and very professional, not to mention the two owners. We had the pizza: you can taste the fresh, seasonal, high-quality ingredients, carefully selected. The dough is exceptional: thin, crispy, and easy to digest. I've also tried the takeout pizzas often: they always stay nice and crispy! Highly recommended!

13/11/2025: High prices, half a slice of pizza €2.50. The guys after me for two normal slices and a can of pizza cost €8.50. Pizza with plastic mozzarella, tasteless, but the dough was at least edible. Flies were hovering over the pizza slices. If the pizza were reasonably priced and made a little better, it would be the best. But for €2.50, even in the area, I get bigger, better slices.

28/09/2025: UNACCEPTABLE experience at Don Panino. I never thought I'd write a negative review, but what I experienced at this place exceeds all limits. The name "Don Panino" is already misleading: they don't serve sandwiches because "they take too long." The sandwich menu is only available on Facebook, thanks to pop-ups and invasive cookies, making it practically inaccessible. The real problem, however, is hygiene. The bathroom is located in the kitchen, next to the fryer, with no functioning door amidst piles of items: the person cooking and the person using the bathroom are in direct eye contact (what if I needed to pee or something?). The sink is broken, and the water collects in a plastic tub where the mozzarella used to be. To dry your hands, there was only a single tear of paper from a paper towel roll, and the waste bin had to be opened manually because the pedal was broken. Deliveroo riders enter the bathroom through the food preparation area. It's a concentration of germs and health risks. Waiting over an hour for a pizza, in a practically empty restaurant. This isn't neglect, it's not a bad moment or a difficult day, it's dangerous. I wonder how it's possible that no one has ever said anything and no one has yet intervened. To the managers: close for a short time, fix everything, and reopen only when you can guarantee minimum safety and, above all, decorum. Under these conditions, staying open is irresponsible as well as unacceptable.

28/10/2025: I ordered a takeout pizza at a non-peak time and day. When I got home, the pizza was charred and full of holes; you could see the cardboard underneath through the pizza... I can understand if there's a lot of people and a pizza might turn out badly... but without anyone, sending a pizza like that away is inconceivable. I can't upload photos, but they would have been enough for the review.
