09/07/2025: Hemos estado en numerosos lugares de Italia y ésta debe haber sido la peor comida de todas. Éramos 4 y a ninguno le gustó la comida. A dos de nosotros nos dieron lasanga, todavía estaban congeladas en el medio, las enviamos de regreso. Los recalenté y tenían el mismo sabor que los que se compran en la sección de congelados de un supermercado. No es lo que vinimos a buscar a Italia. 1 persona recibió pizza 🍕 nuevamente no comestible. Una persona pidió carne asada con patatas asadas. Más bien como patatas hervidas o cocinadas en microondas. Muy desafortunado. Cuando el camarero preguntó cómo estaba nuestra comida, mi marido dijo: muy decepcionante 😞 el camarero hizo una mueca y se alejó diciendo: bueno, que se joda entonces. Muy decepcionante.

05/10/2025: Welcome to hell! It must be said that the resort looks nice at the entrance and that perhaps there are more comfortable rooms than the one I experienced, but that doesn't make my experience any less unpleasant. Foreword: the company that hosted me requested the rooms months and months ago, and specifically a "top" room for me (they always do it, everywhere, and I've always had top-notch experiences). Instead, they shoved me into a sort of attic closet, with a sort of fire vent instead of a window: a tiny room (room?) without even a table to write on or a chair. A 4-star hotel, a room without even a chair. And then the cold: after a whole night under the duvet, I managed to get the room to 19°C, starting from a not-so-reassuring 17.5°C. The bathroom was hideous, with toilet paper piled on the sink and a closet the size of a Smurf. In short: obscene. But the worst thing is the totally inadequate staff: from the check-in staff who, faced with my complaints and those who booked, didn't know what to say and just stared at the floor, to the so-called manager who dismissed us in a rather rude manner without an apology or a smile, to the two waiters who, in the elevator queue with bottles of wine in hand, walked past the guests (I even have witnesses), sneaking into the elevator and violating every rule of good manners at breakfast, which opens at 7:00 and which saw no dining room staff until 8:00, except for one lady who didn't even say "good morning" or "smile" (she must have had her reasons, since she was alone in the dining room, but that doesn't mean they treat guests this way). I'm attaching photos and videos of my closet, photos of the breakfast room at 7:30 (if you don't see any dining room staff, it's because there was no one there, I mean no one), and a funny video of the coffee maker. If you want to use it, you have to lie on the floor because there's only one socket. Oh, and finally, the wonderful splash of color from the dusty, cold-air-emitting grate right next to the bed. The worst hospitality experience of my long travel career. What a shame. P.S.: I know, it's disgusting, but I didn't even take a shower: the bathroom temperature was far from the 18 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit) in the closet, and if I want cold showers or ice baths, I go to the spa. I preferred to avoid pneumonia, I hope you understand.

13/06/2025: Excelente comida y servicio. Ninguna petición o pregunta fue un problema. Ambiente encantador, así como con la vista en los viñedos. El personal era muy servicial y muy amable.

06/06/2025: Essen war sehr lecker. Die Aussicht und das Ambiente ist richtig gut Toller Service. Das Hotel ist direkt im Schloss und auch sehr zu empfehlen.

14/09/2025: I've been a customer for years, but recently the quality of the products has changed significantly. Today I got a tray of takeout pastries, and they were terrible. The chocolate cream puffs had a filling that I thought was expired; it tasted sour, so sour I had to throw it away. The cream puffs with whipped cream, on the other hand, had a hard pastry, obviously having been there for a few days. I'm sorry, because you're close to my house, which is very convenient. I was even willing to buy despite your price increases, but after this episode, I won't buy again for fear of eating expired products.

20/09/2025: I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, recommending, like a nun in church repeating it over and over again, not to use chocolate or nuts because a girl was allergic to these foods (I ordered a mille-feuille with Chantilly cream and strawberries). Of course, what was the writing on it made of? Chocolate, of course. In response, the older lady told me that the writing was made with chocolate and that they understood they shouldn't have put it in the cake. I reiterated that a girl was allergic, and that they should have warned me of this when ordering and I would have done something else, like a sheet of sugar paste (they have sugar paste printers). Then, slyly, the lady said to me, "Have the top part removed very carefully...", and I said, "But, ma'am, there's a risk of contamination." Then she said, "There wasn't good communication with the pastry chef." In the end, there was NO apology, and I had to pay for an extra dessert at the pizzeria, because obviously I didn't want to take any risks. I'm very disappointed. Be careful when making special requests, especially if you have allergies or intolerances.

28/06/2025: Very beautiful artistic location. A warm welcome and friendly service. The food was simply delicious. Powerful in its simplicity and use of top products. A very nice and unforgettable end to our holiday.

24/09/2025: What can I say... Bathroom Azzurro is one of the most enjoyable establishments in Marina! Perfect for children, but also enjoyable for adults. There's a family atmosphere, thanks in part to the staff. The managers are always present and ready to lend a hand. I have to erect a statue of Silvia, who, despite my constant "I need to ask you something," resisted all summer. I also have to thank Paolo for the help he gave us when my girls had a little mishap with a jellyfish. I also want to say that the beach is always clean and tidy, which is essential for me. I recommend it 100%.
