02/03/2026: If you walk into this bakery and find the fantastic Piera, you're in for a treat. She'll talk to you with such passion about the products on display that you'll want to try them all, and we returned twice in half an hour to try her suggestions. Everything here is delicious, from the focaccias to the desserts. Fill up on the rice fritters, which are amazing, more delicate than the traditional Carnival ones. You'll regret having too few, like we did, and you'll want to go back (which is what happened to us). But the real treat is the Lucanian Torta d'erbi ch'obecchi, a sweet, hearty, and delicious cake split in two—an absolute must-try. Everything here will win you over, but the shop's true asset is Piera, who, with a wonderful smile, will immerse you in Lucanian traditions and take you on a journey of flavors. Unmissable!

22/11/2025: The location is fantastic, as are the à la carte meals and breakfast. The only downside is that they don't offer any activities. They did offer us a wine tasting, but it was at a venue about 40 minutes away by car. Considering you're just there to relax, it's great and has fantastic views.

10/12/2025: I've been there a few times because it's close to the university. The food isn't bad, but the staff isn't the best. One waiter in particular is very apathetic; it seems like he's doing the customers a favor. Plus, I once found a pebble in an artichoke risotto.

30/10/2025: Truly a unique first course 🤞🏼👏🏻 I had fritto misto for dinner and it was excellent, I highly recommend you try it. The waiter, Ale, was very kind and very fast. The waiter was really kind and friendly, thank you for making the evening wonderful.

04/09/2025: Returning from vacation on August 24th, we stopped by this takeout pizzeria by chance. Spectacular pizza and knowledgeable, welcoming staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 stars aren't enough! We look forward to seeing you on Lake Maggiore, hoping you'll open a pizzeria here too!

09/08/2025: Ci siamo fermati qui per il secondo anno dovendo alloggiare nel vicino hotel per spezzare un viaggio in autostrada. Ancora più buono della prima volta. Personale gentile e accogliente, cucina tipica con un menu non lunghissimo ma vario: carne pesce, primi e pizza. Fanno anche cocktail e tutto è preparato da loro con prodotti di qualità. Atmosfera rilassante ma non formale e prezzi nella media.

11/04/2026: Really disappointed by the place after all the reviews we saw for this place. The food was below average but the drinks made up for it. The guy serving was very rude. We ordered a chocolate croissant and when it took a while and we asked for it he questioned whether we took it and ate it by air quoting it. I found this highly disrespectful. Making me seem as a liar when i had ordered £30 worth of things for two people as i wanted to try as many things.

09/04/2026: The girl serving me charged me for a €4 ice cream but gave me one that was €2. When I complained, her response was, "I'm sorry, I made a mistake, but I can't give you a refund or another one because the money has already been deposited." She then gave a discount to another customer. It's unprofessional to have staff with this attitude in such a beautiful city that relies on tourism.
